What a contrast with Apple Store!

I couldn't be more impressed. I was able to book an appointment quite quickly - and I had my computer back in 3 hours. Ben was kind, thoughtful and efficient, and achieved more than I thought possible.
This was my second entirely positive experience of Ben at MR. Thank you.

No wonder they're Apple certified!

This was proof that investing in a Mac is a smart choice as it can pay off for many years. Even though my MacBook Pro was over three years old, long beyond warranty and not part of a badly manufactured batch, I was able to get my bulging battery problem resolved at no cost to me (aside from the optional delivery). MR's online system kept me updated on the repair's progress and my machine was hand delivered on completion. They really are Apple certified for a reason!

Great repair service

Had a battery swelling on 2018 Macbook Pro and the replacement job was done quicker than expected (considering Corona virus times) and even they were able to keep US keyboard (bought there) which I prefer over UK keyboard.

Go above and beyond for customers

Had to bring my phone in recently and was helped by Chris. During a battery replacement, the screen cracked (totally understand these things happen, esp on an older phone). He contacted Apple on my behalf to have them replace it- but when they refused, he made sure the cost was covered for me. This has been a rough month for expenses, needless to say I was really grateful for him and going above and beyond for me. Highly recommend both Chris and the business for fairness, honesty and transparency, they now have a loyal customer for life!

Be cautious

Helped with a software issue and provided prompt delivery. However, instead of packing my laptop into a sleeve, they shoved charger there as well so it scratched my Mac. The laptop was a bit dirty too. Quite upsetting given the fact that I provided a separate packaging bag. Would not recommend as there is little respect for the products.

MR Systems is by far and away the most…

MR Systems is by far and away the most efficient and trustworthy repair service that I have found in London. The staff are kind and helpful (without ever straying into the condescension that can so often accompany support to the technologically illiterate - such as myself) and always deliver with insightful guidance and speedy repairs. Most recently they helpfully diagnosed a faulty repair carried out by a third party warrantee, diagnosing and detailing the repair accurately. Even within lockdown, their service remains impeccable. I could not recommend more and will be continuing to use their services exclusively in the future.

Highly Impressive and Fast Customer Service

I am beyond impressed with my experience with MR Systems, my Macbook Pro broke just as COVID-19 hit London, and at this point all
the Apple Stores had already closed. Luckily I found MR Systems who have a great online chat service, to help with a free diagnosis before collecting, diagnosing and repairing my macbook. They were great at keeping me updated and informed and lifted a great weight off my shoulders during this stressful time. Special thanks to Karl online who answered all my questions and made this such a smooth process. Hopefully I won’t break my Macbook again and have to return anytime soon, but in the meantime I would recommend here to everyone! Great and fast customer service!

First class customer service - highly recommended!

My experience with MR Islington this week has been nothing less than exceptional. I first spoke to Apple themselves, who diagnosed the issue with my Macbook Pro as a hardware issue, and gave me MR Islington as my nearest Apple-authorised service company. Having made an appointment with MR via the Apple Support website, I took my laptop in for repair on Monday. Having replicated the Apple diagnostic tests, they ordered the required replacement screen (under my 3-year AppleCare warranty) and kept the laptop. The next day they offered me, and I accepted, the chance to collect it after the government-advised closure of the shop to the public. Today (Friday) I checked the MR website, which indicated that the shop itself was open for repairs being carried out, but deliveries were only acceptable via mail or courier. I called the shop and explained that I need the Macbook for working at home. As the replacement screen had been received already from Apple, they agreed that I could pass the laptop through the window of the shop and wait for it to be repaired. After only 45 minutes the Macbook was fixed, with the new screen fitted, and they messaged me to say it was ready for collection. Needless to say the repair was done perfectly, and I am writing this review from my Macbook. I cannot recommend this company any more highly - absolutely first class customer service.

INCREDIBLE Service - Fast & Quality too

I sent in my Macbook for repair JUST as the Coronacrisis hit London. I was worried that my repair wouldn't be done before things went into complete standstill. But the team got a 7 day repair done in just 48 hours. Really happy with the service. It's made a big difference to me and my business so thank you for your help. Really needed this to work remotely from home.

I have used MR Islington on two occasions now and found their repair service and customer service to be outstanding.

They genuinely care and explain clearly the repair process and keep you up to date and informed.

PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND KIND

I've been coming to MR Systems for around 4 years. From the warm and personable front of house reception to the efficient and professional solutions to Apple issues, I would recommend them 100%. I feel bad as I can't remember anyone's names, but when I was last in for a check up a couple of months ago, one of the behind the scenes staff tended to my problems patiently (I'm totally tech illiterate) and mended my apple free of charge! I'm hugely grateful for the kindness and attention. Thanks guys. HB

Excellent service I manage to book a…

Excellent service I manage to book a same day appointment and got a replacement phone the same day within an hr. The staff were very polite and even offer a cup of tea which was very nice as I was waiting for the phone. The office is also very nice and clean. I was really happy with the service and extremely surprise that could get Apple support within my local area instead of my travelling to oxford street. This saved me time and travel cost.

Went in to get my iPhone battery…

Went in to get my iPhone battery changed and walked out with a broken home button. They refused to take responsibility for it. Claimed it was because there was water damage inside phone which moved down when they opened it. Can't help but feel a little shortchanged by that.... not satisfied.
