Excellent product at a very reasonable price. I only wish I had purchased the fitted cushion at the same time!

The furniture is good, with reservation. when it arrived it wasnt on a tail lift, so had to be dismantled on the back of the truck & carried off by hand. I didnt realise it had to be assembled by hand.
Lots of cracks in the wood, some in vital joints, so will have to take extra precautions to protect it from British weather. Some cracks will have to be wax filled & drilled & dowelled.
Photographs taken for proof. For the price & condition, an umbrella or cover could have been included in the price.
Fortunately i havent got much time left of my life, so will enjoy it whilst i,m alive.

Sadly, I was given three
(3) separate delivery dates over a 6 week window. I still have not received my item (the bench was perfect for my client) and have requested a refund due to having to purchase. From someone else.
I am still waiting for the refund.

They did what they promised and the product is great

The product has a slight blemish to the top wood surface which may result in early deterioration of the wood. After all the fuss of unpacking the product and disposing of the packing I did not want the bother of complaining. Would you like a photograph of the area?

As ever online ordering was straight forward and items required - seat cushions and, bench and chair covers - available at a good price (discounted). Items all delivered quickly and securely by courier.
