The first bench came and we put it up easily and it looked lovely so we ordered another. When putting the second bench up two of the plugs didn’t go in very well so I wondered if you were able to send two replacement plug

Lovely bench prompt delivery

Delivery was good. There was a disappointment in that there is a split on one of the arms and one arm
Is not fully joined and closed front m the arm to the back of the bench.

Delivered on time - haven’t had the chance to use yet.

Fairly disappointed with the bench. It was hard to assemble. There are hole where there should be and the screw holes are missing.
It looks OK, just hope it doesn't fall apart.

Bench good overall once assembled but dowel holes in mating parts did not line up and were much too tight In my opinion and had to be drilled out to enable dowels to be knocked in without risk of splitting wood.
Also there were screws already in the holes but not visible which prevented new screws being used, extra holes were drilled next to them.
Not everyone would have been able to do this in my experience, quality control issue which is a shame.
The person I dealt with in the office throughout the enquiry and ordering was terrific and very helpful so full marks to her and thanks.
My husband did all the work so it’s his experience.

lovely standard of furniture - got curved bench. tempted to get another one

I had to follow up after placing my order as I received no communication for over 10 days and was then advised that I needed to call to arrange delivery. This wasn’t made clear in the order confirmation.

When I called to arrange delivery, I specifically checked a number of details and was unfortunately given incorrect information. I was assured that the chair covers I ordered would fit the furniture, but they did not, and I am still awaiting a refund after returning them.

In addition, the cushions that were supposed to be included with the furniture were missing from the delivery. I have been told these will be sent separately, but I am still waiting for confirmation and a delivery date.

The reason this isn’t a lower rating is that the furniture itself looks lovely now it has been assembled and I am pleased with the quality. However, the ordering, communication and after-sales experience have been disappointing. I would simply like to receive the outstanding cushions and have my refund processed.

Delivery servive was good delivered by a pleasant female but arriving at 8:15am with no prior warning was quite unexpected.
Prior warning is required to be prepared especially as it was a heavy load. The quality of the product is quite satisfactory.
