We received a lovely 3 seater bench which was very easy to assemble. Delivery was swift too.

Bench arrived in a timely manner. Prior to assembly a few panels showed signs of long term storage. During assembly wood split while inserting dowels. Mr Teak is delayed in actioning my enquiries, waiting for collection of bench following detailed request to repack bench so that shipment is accepted, so far it’s taken a few hours of my time and still no memorial bench.

Hi I ordered 1 x table & 6 chairs, they had to be assembled, the condition was bad, pre drilled holes in chairs did not line up,. dowells were oversized, had to drill myself, file down the dowels, tongue & groove did not fit properly, the online video by their employees, everything fitted like a glove, not mine, communication was poor, Frank.

Mr Teak was easy to order from and it took a few days to arrive. The bench cushion was missing from the order but a simple phone call to Coral and she had it all sorted. The cushion arrived in the post a couple of days later. Lovely company to deal with. Also nice to speak to member of staff when I called and not be having to deal with pressing numbers for whatever department. Good service. 🌟

Beautifully made packed and delivered with care

I ordered my bench for self assembly on 4 May which was delivered on 7 May with no damage. The package contained already pre-assembled units with good mortis and tenon jointing on the ends for quick and solid fitment. I assembled the bench myself in about an hour finishing it with a sturdy and solid result and now stands at the bottom of my garden as a memorial to my late wife. The quality of the bench is superb with in terms of the strength and the natural teak colouring. Everyone who has seen it has said how beautiful it is.

Excellent product. Local delivery depot were one day late with delivery, but kept us well updated .
Mr Teak has always been helpful in our dealings with them. Second product we have purchased from them.

No cushions with furniture..advised they will be delivered in July…2months later than furniture.
Dismissive combative conversation …told that the cushions were free ..which they were not..they were part of the £850 cost.
The furniture was delivered on a large pallet left blocking our drive and requiring disposal. Very unimpressed and badly handled.

Gave it two coats of teak oil.
