Shipping issue
Told me it would be 2 to 4 buisness days I would get it and the seller didn't ship the package until the 4th day meaning I'm not going to get it until the week after. I ordered on the Monday to get it for the Friday because I needed it for the Saturday. Even the shop app said I will get it by Friday and I checked in the app Friday afternoon and it was still in bloody Middlesbrough.

The DKS088 is indeed the correct part for the HJ-17 visor as you say, so it’s concerning to hear that it didn't line up as expected. We certainly wouldn't expect you to have to modify the insert to get it to fit and we never want a customer to have to modify any part, and we always recommend getting in touch with our team if you encounter any difficulty before doing so.
We have since tested that specific Pinlock model on a HJ-17 visor here at the shop and can confirm it is the correct fitment (it fits in the bottom of the top two cutouts). It could be that an adjustment of the visor pins might have been needed etc. but is difficult to say without more information.
