I was shopping for a good value 1 year old Skoda Superb with low mileage. I want to say a big thank you to Graham Kelly at MSL Park Motors. His advice and guidance made all the difference. Graham'... See more

Exceptional Service and Kind, helpful Staff at MSL Pottery Road.
Today my 2010 Mercedes was returned to me with a new subframe and the computer adjusted. Super efficient service from the Service Team in MSL Pottery road!! And out of goodwill, didn't charge. I love my Mercedes, it's my 3rd) and to get it back knowing it is safe now is a huge relief! I can only thank the wonderful staff, including Maddie from reception, for the exceptional care my car received and the very warm hospitality shown to me on both my visits! Thank you folks again, it was all very seamless. Best wishes for a happy Easter. From a very happy customer!! Orla Rainert
Not fair value for Trade-ins
I went to purchase a BYD Seal U today from their South Dublin branch in Deansgrange. Sales executive was very busy as the lot was short staffed but the receptionist and executive were both lovely. We had to wait around quite a bit as the dealership appeared to only have one sales person. My car is a 162 Peugeot 3008, full heated leather seats and panoramic roof and fully automatic and I was offered 4k for the car in trade-in. Not a fair price as market value over 10k with garage. I will have to go elsewhere. I did check online and MSL have a reputation for offering less than fair market value for trade-ins! Save yourself the trip if looking to trade in your car!!
Very disappointed!! Not trustworthy
We purchased a three-year-old Skoda Karoq from this dealership, only to later discover that it had a patched front tyre. We initially noticed a slow leak and took it to a mechanic, who informed us that the tyre had been previously patched in a dangerous location.
At the time of purchase, I was heavily pregnant, and since then, we have frequently driven with our baby in the car. Had we known about the patched tyre, we would never have bought the vehicle.
The most frustrating part is that when we raised the issue with the dealership, they refused to acknowledge any fault. They couldn’t even provide proof that the tyres had been properly inspected before the sale. I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed that this dealership was willing to put my family’s safety at risk just to save the cost of a new tyre.
MSL - not premium experience
Booked a test drive for xpeng, new EV brand in Ireland. Experience was good in terms of test drive etc. The price to change correspondence I received was a joke however. The current car I am driving is on Msl website for e17,950 MORE than what I was offered to trade in. I wrote back to the junior sales advisor outlining my horror and justification of the value of my car and never even got a response. Good luck MSL with your new Chinese brand....your service is far from premium in my case. I am an existing MSL customer.
Car servicing experience
When I arrived I was greeted by Jenny the receptionist who was so pleasant and professional she called the service department straight away and a member of staff came out to me. When I was waiting I was offered refreshments.
Jgary was the person who was looking after the service of my car, I don’t think in all my years of dealing with garages and customer service that I have met such a polite helpful young man . Nothing was a problem for him. He answered every question I had and if he didn’t have the answers he enquired with his colleagues.
He followed up that day with an email as I had to rebook for another appointment.
It was all a very pleasant experience and would recommend this garage .

don't use for service
brought my car for a service and was told everything was fine. when checking the report at home I noticed red flags on gearbox.
have contacted company for the past month to be told Sarah would contact me back, what never happens.
beware they will get paid for service and not check even what their report page says
You can’t trust this company. Be careful!
My husband’s car went for annual service. His spark plugs and other items due to last 3-5 years had been done last year.
He was informed that the same items needed urgent attention-amounting to 1300 euro - and needed to be done this year.
Only that he had good records he’d have trusted their advice.
Please be careful! You can’t trust them. They claimed it was a computer problem!

Just bought our 4th car from MSL Park…
Just bought our 4th car from MSL Park Motors, Graham Kelly in particular, he is an absolute gentleman, honest and full of exceptional advise, Graham takes all the worry and stress out of buying cars. We have always felt listened to when changing our car and no pushy sales pitch, just great honest advise and best deal possible. Our Son has also returned to Graham for his cars.
MSl Park Motors Navan Road
Graham in Park Motors on the Navan Road was excellent to deal with and made the process easy for us. Highly recommend Graham if buying a Skoda.
Poor sales approach
Poor sales approach, would never come back again and do not recommend to others
Find a good Mercedes Specialist.
I consider the old Mercs to be a better vehicle in terms of build quality, materials, engineering etc etc. Why would I buy a new Merc when the two that I have, a 1991, 190e and a 2007 E200, continue to provide excellent service, a result of routine servicing and care.
Mercedes was once run by engineers who had a company ethos of " The best or nothing". Today, in my opinion: Mercedes is run primarily by bean counters and marketeers and customers in my opinion are treated poorly. I fear that Mercedes has lost it's soul. Such a pity. On servicing, find yourself a good Mercedes specialist and you will save a fortune and likely enjoy a higher standard of service. Personally, I refuse to pay Main dealer service rates when the vehicle is being serviced by an apprentice.

Very dissatisfied with north Dublin motors having purchased my E Class 221 in July 2024 at a straight price of €44,000 ,due to my husbands reduced mobilty since buying it he is finding it a struggle to get in and out of the E Class as a passenger, so we decided to contact North Dublin Motors again with a view to change to an SUV which would give him more ease to manage to sit in comfortably.
I’m only been informed that my car I paid €44,000 two months ago is now only valued at €32,500 on a trade in ,I am so shocked and devastated to see an €11,500 loss on a car in two months that I worked so hard to save up for ..
I would never ever recommend North Dublin Motors to anyone ..
Beware BYD manufacturer defective issues.
BYD ATTO 3 Car bought brand new in BYD MSL CORK on last June 2023 . The day after delivery car I my self spot a rear corner of panoramic sunroof was defective with a pop up issue on one corner. Took the photo and reported it to the sales manager same day . So far repairs have been carried out twice. One brand new panoramic sunroof was a replacement . But the defect issues is the same problem wasn't resolved. On last October 2023 on phone to BYD MSL CORK sales manager I asked would BYD replace with a new car instead of another new sunroof but been turned down by BYD MSL CORK sales manager .

Delighted with my new GLC 200d coupe. First class service from this company. I dealt with Patrick Keating Sales executive and found him to be very helpful, courteous and professional.
Thank you,

Dont buy from here
Please do not buy a second hand car from this garage. I am going to take my car in after 2 weeks of having it. Also you will wait one hour before seeing someone.
Awful experience
Excellent customer experience purchasing used vehicle at MSL Mazda
Earlier this month I purchased a used Hyundai Ioniq 5 from MSL Mazda. I was extremely well looked after by Eugene Re from the moment I walked into the showroom. All minor items I asked to be taken care of before I collected the vehicle were done. Eugene also ensured a full service by Hyundai was completed. They car was fully valeted with the battery charged on my arrival. If you are after a new Mazda or see a used vehicle you are interested in I highly recommend giving Eugene a call.
I will never use MSL North Circular road again
I had a problem with the controls on the dashboard of my VW Scirocco two years ago. I paid MSL North Circular road a good chunk of money to fix this problem. They returned my car with some of the controls still not working and then said it had nothing to do with the fix and that they would need to run diagnostics on the other controls to source the problem. I had explained initially exactly which controls were not working so they would know exactly what they were to fix.
I felt like it was just a money making exercise trying to get me to part with more money for a job half done. They never fixed the entire problem and denied that it was part of the initial fix.
I then rang them last September about turning the tyre pressure light off at a service I had scheduled. They said they would. They didnt do it, citing that I needed a new tyre and that the guy who usually resets the switch wasnt there that day.
They were trying to sell me a tyre and wanted me to come back to their garage and they were also telling me I could buy insurance on the tyre.
I bought the tyre elsewhere as a local garage was handier to get to and I didnt need to wait for an appointment, leave my car there for most of the day and make a trip back again.
They just needed to tell me where the switch was to turn off the tyre pressure light. I had been lead to believe on a previous visit when I first bought the Scirocco that the switch was turned off by configuration software in the garage.
I rang them Friday asking them to turn the light off for me as I had an NCT on Saturday. The receptionist told me they were too busy which is fair enough as I didnt give much notice but they hadn't reset the switch like they said they would last September so I thought they should oblige as it wouldnt take long.
So I had the email of the manager in the service department and emailed him. He told me I had a list of items that needed to be fixed on my car. I told him the list of items had nothing to do with the typre pressure reset switch and that they should have reset it last September. I told him I had replaced the tyre with a local garage and he told me to go back to the garage where I bought the tyre and get them to reset it. I told him (still believing the story about the configuration software) that only a VW garage could reset it as it needed to be configured. He was extremely unhelpful and again said to me about coming in to run diagnostics on the tyre pressure lighting system if there was a problem with it.
I text a mechanic I know and asked him about the tyre pressure light thinking he might have configuration software in his garage and he told me that it is reset manually.
So I looked on Youtube and saw that the switch is in the glove compartment and it takes about 5 seconds to reset.
So this service manager in MSL could have just told me this instead of all the stress of exchanging frustrated emails and phone calls.
I have been a loyal customer with this garage since 2012 but will never use this garage again.
