My journey in purchasing a Mercedez from MSL Park Motors began with a phone call of enquiry. Eimear, who at all times was professional and a pleasure to speak with. On my first call I was put through to a Sales Executive which was Lisa McQuaid. Lisa was exceptional from the beginning of my journey to the end when I picked up my car. I have never experienced such a friendly, non pushy, pleasant and professional set of interactions when purchasing anything before. Thank you so much to both Lisa and Eimear for this wonderful experience and I absolutely love my E220. Also, thank you Lisa for the wine and chocolates, what a lovely touch. I would highly recommend Lisa and MSL Park Motors, Navan Road, Dublin.

Andrew was my first point of contact and he was really helpful and responded to all my questions with ease and professionalism, I never felt under pressure to buy, he got me a great deal on a trade in.

No pressure to buy like usual car dealers and not rushed between test drive to deciding to buy there was no pressure.

I was looking to purchase a particular specification Skoda model. I noticed the particular car I was looking for, advertised at MSL Park Motors. From the moment I rang to enquire about the vehicle, to eventually purchasing it, Arron Bell was very professional, curtious, and knowledgeable. Arron replied timely and efficiently to all my requests. There was no "pressure to buy" experienced. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years from various sources and I have had varying experiences.

I would put this experience down to being very positive, pleasant and the transaction was efficient.

Ballsbridge Motors is best avoided imo. Terrible customer service and zero respect for a returning loyal customer. Try MSL Grange Motors or MSL Park Motors instead.

Poor customer service. Maybe it would be helpful to get your salesman to read the inquiry sent first. Instead of sending insulting trade in prices

Arron Bell, is a great asset to the Skoda team.

It’s not easy for any salesman’s to show and sell cars when the showroom doesn’t carry all varying ranges between models, but Arron has been nothing short of extremely professional.

From the detailing of the car, to sole attention to customers in the showroom, to providing videos, data and answers to questions, all without pressure of a sale.

He diligently responded to all our questions and concerns and went far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect, whether it’s over the phone, through text messages, emails or in the showroom.

If you want someone who is proactive without adding pressure to “sell sell sell”’ then look no further. Arron listened to what we wanted, and configured the perfect model at a great value.

He was extremely knowledgeable in providing comparative data between make and model options, that we would have never known, which allowed us to eventually make an informed decision.

Skodas are great cars, but with Arron guiding us along the way it made the experience all the more easier and made us confident of our decision. Can’t recommend his service enough.

Very good experience dealing with Arron in Skoda sales. Found him to be open and honest, returned calls and emails promptly. H glistened to my needs and found me the car I was looking for. I would have no hesitation recommending him to someone looking to buy a car.

Took our Skoda there and in the end a terrible experience, don't go near them. They have no idea how to read computer diagnostics, except to tell you that you need new parts. The car was back and forth to them for months and still with the very same probelm. Had to finally take the car to a local independent garage who fixed the car and told us the parts MSL fitted where not needed and where not the problem, which was proven as the car run correctly now, no thanks to MSL

Excellent experience with MSL and my Skoda which they recently serviced.
Thanks to all the service advisor team (sorry have forgotten names) who spent time going through everything with me and also the receptionist at service centre was so pleasant and helpful also.
