illegal transaction

We have noticed that the company Mundo-Surf has debited 458.25 euros from our corporate card, even though we do not know the company or have any account or previous relationship with them.
According to our bank, the transaction was made by Mundo-Surf on June 26, 2025.
We have asked the company to immediately investigate this matter and refund the amount incorrectly debited.
We await their response and look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Not reputable

Not reputable! If you want to return something, you don't get a refund, just a voucher. The real problem, however, is that this voucher is only valid for one year. After that, it expires, and your money is gone.
I only know of such practices from dubious businesses that don't act in the best interests of their customers.

We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our return policy. At Mundo-Surf, we actually go beyond the legal requirement by offering a very flexible return period of up to 100 days, compared to the 14 days mandated by law.

However, as stated in our return policy, returns made after the initial 14-day period are refunded in the form of a store credit, rather than a monetary refund. This credit is valid for one full year, giving our customers ample time to use it.

We understand that this may not meet everyone’s expectations, but our policy is designed to be fair and more generous than many in the industry. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to look for ways to improve our service.

Désolé pour le retard dans la réponse, mais ton colis a eu 3 tentatives de livraison sans succès car le transporteur a indiqué qu'il manquait des informations dans l'adresse. Nous avons proposé que tu récupères le colis dans un point de retrait, mais tu ne voulais pas le faire.

Finalement, l'entreprise de transport l'a renvoyé à notre bureau et nous avons procédé au remboursement de ta commande.

The worst service imaginable

The worst service imaginable. They sent a faulty Ripcurl watch for my sons 11th birthday and we sent it back. We waited over a year with many phone calls to a guy called Ignacio ...to summarise it never got fixed and we never received a new watch....this company is an absolute joke avoid at all costs !!

Avoid shopping with them! Poor customer service

I'm writing this review to share a deeply frustrating experience with Mundo Surf, particularly regarding their delivery process and customer support. My anticipation for the products I ordered quickly turned into a nightmare due to their delivery service's negligence and the company's lack of accountability.

Firstly, the delivery service partnered with Mundo Surf demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Not once did I receive a call or any form of communication regarding the delivery of my package. This lack of communication was not just inconvenient but also incredibly unprofessional. The situation worsened when my package was sent to a location extremely far from my residence, making it virtually impossible for me to retrieve my order. Such carelessness in handling deliveries is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the lack of coordination and respect for the customer's time and resources.

Adding insult to injury, Mundo Surf's response to this debacle was utterly disappointing. My attempts to reach out for support and arrange for a solution were met with silence. No replies, no guidance, and certainly no attempt to rectify the situation. It's as if my concerns and my business with them were of no value. This silence and inaction on their part felt like a blatant disregard for customer service and satisfaction.

To make matters worse, Mundo Surf kept the payment for the order they failed to deliver properly. This act alone feels akin to theft, taking money for a service not rendered as promised, and then ignoring the customer's pleas for assistance or a resolution. On top of that, they are not answering to my texts anymore!!

I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider purchasing from Mundo Surf. The ordeal I went through, from the delivery service's failure to communicate and deliver my package appropriately, to Mundo Surf's lack of customer support and accountability, was not only a waste of my time and money but also a significant source of stress and disappointment. Please, think twice before ordering from this place.

However, your order was shipped on the agreed date, February 8th, and the shipping company attempted to deliver it to your address without success. As a result, your order was deposited at a Parcel Shop for your collection, which was located 1.9 kilometers from your residence.

We have been in contact with the GLS company through emails to arrange for delivery, but the agreed delivery attempt had already been made.

Regarding communication with us, we cannot understand your complaint as we have been in constant contact via WhatsApp since February 13th until this past Monday, March 25th, trying to find a solution to your problem.

Since the order was not collected within the agreed time frame by the GLS company, it has been returned to our warehouse, and your order was already refunded.

We hope to be able to assist you with anything you may need in the future, and we assure you that everything will go smoother.

Great service on overseas shipping

I am in the United States and was looking for particular O'Neill product that was no where to be found at any surf shop. It was a Hyperfreak Padded vest which is apparently discontinued, but Mundo-Surf still had them in stock. I was nervous to order from overseas, but I went ahead and ordered 2 of them. Package was at my door in 3 days. Same price I would have paid in the US. I love Mundo-surf and can't thank them enough for getting me the vest and the great quick service.
