Couldn't fault their customer service

Brilliant, responsive and prompt service. Bed we ordered was beautiful and reasonably priced - compared to the rest of the market in the current climate. They were also able to delay delivery as I was yet to move into my new place.

Unfortunately, their choice of courier wasn't exactly great - tracking never updated and boxes arrived damaged (looked like they've been in the rain - could be because they use utes to deliver). Thankfully the bed wasn't damaged.

Raised my concern about the damage box and the customer service was very understanding.

Would definitely order from again!

Delivery company a problem

I purchased the mirrored bedside table and chest . Look fantastic. Great furniture and Beautifully made .
Only problem was the delivery company. I live on acreage and they did not let me know when it was arriving and left the packages out on the street which is a 800 met to my front door. Very heavy and had difficulty getting help to move it down to the house. Not happy.

It would be great if you could reconsider your rating of us, our service and products, rather than the carrier not delivering as required. Unfortunately, any carriers, or carriers drivers actions are beyond our direct control, but we have let them know that they let you down in this instance.

My experience has been excellent

I’ve made a number of purchases with My Furniture and found them very good to deal with. The web site is easy to use, delivery is fast and communication excellent. When I’ve had questions they’ve been answered promptly. I can recommend My Furniture for excellent service, quality products (I purchased mirror furniture) and fast delivery.

Couldn’t be happier

Couldn’t be happier. The Appolo console is just beautiful. All arrived in tact no glass broken. I was surprised at how solid it is. Even with quite a high price for delivery (understandable because it’s all mirrored) it was comparable price in other stores. I’m very pleased.

Our first parcel

Our first parcel, a mirror, was broken when we opened it five days after delivery (as it was a birthday present and we hadnt opened it once it arrived). They were very understanding and replaced it out of good will and it was very well packaged. It arrived and is in perfect condition. Thank you very much for timely response and your good will.

High quality furniture and great service

The entire process of purchasing my bedroom furniture from My-Furniture was amazing. I initially asked lots of questions via email and I received all the information I needed. In all honesty I was very apprehensive about buying mirrored furniture online. I ended up purchasing the Athena bedside drawers and the dresser. Seeing it was mirrored furniture I was very concerned about the delivery process and the potential for damage. As it turned out I had nothing to worry about as it arrived extremely well packaged and protected. The furniture itself was more beautiful in person. It is very high quality and it looks far more expensive than the price paid. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.
