Refund experience

Ordered 2 perfumes the same in error, returned one and receved a refund within days. Excellent customer service throughout the process. That is why my wife uses My Origines regularily

Great range in the brand I’d had difficulty sourcing

i was searching for Rene Furterer shampoo and conditioner but was unable to source it from my usual locations. Hence, by chance, I discovered MyOrigines and was very pleasantly surprised at the available choice in that range. When the parcel arrived, I was even more impressed by the protective sturdy packaging. Excellent service - will certainly use again.

Tragedy

Tragedy, they send me wrong item, so I've contacted them 10 day's a go and they requested some photos which I provided immediately then another week passed and they requested more photos with new email, now 3 days later I'm trying to make some contact with them and again I was told me by the phone to wait someone for somewhere to contact me someday, but not today because is closed 😅. What the horrendous adventure!
