Complete scam!

As everyone else is saying complete and utter scam. 3 failed dates and just fobbed off every single time. Absolutely disgusting this company is able to operate.

Do not waste your money.

Do not waste your money.
Course cancelled on three occasions since April with little or no communication, so filled out the refund claim form, over a month now and still no further forward. Same replies via email ‘Thanks for your patience’ not helpful at all. Unable to get through on phone ‘Always busy’ no matter what time I’ve called. No Patience left. consider this company totally unreliable and very unprofessional.

This company and others like it need to…

This company and others like it need to be regulated by a governing body. I cannot stress enough that once you have handed over your payment it is the beginning of the end. These people took full payment in good faith and NEVER provided an instructor and from 24/04/24 to date have never even replied with an excuse let alone a refund. PLEASE PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY. Trust the reviews..

Utter scam don't part with your money

Utter scam. Booked a 5 day course. Was canceled 2 days before it was supposed to start with "instructor is ill" which seems common ready these reviews now. Customer service is completely absent. Have called over 100 times and have never spoken to anyone once and the chat is just a bot. Completely awful ez experience and still awaiting a refund. I am complaining to ombudsman.

terrible customer service

This company seriously needs to get its act together. I paid over £1000 for an intensive course + a practical test. They didn't even bother booking a test but still went ahead with the first 2 lessons until I figured there was no test. I emailed customer support probably 7 times asking when or even if it has been booked over 5 or 6 months and every time he said, "I will look into it" with no follow up or anything.
It's like they took my money and ran with it. This company is a joke

Service is disgraceful

Honestly I booked a few weeks ago, I’ve been so conflicted and contradictory…. All different staff are telling me different things… no set dates.. personally I believe I’m being scammed, the customer service is shocking

How to get your money back

I booked a course in the christmas deal and paid the deposit of £399 I was then due to start in March. As with many people my lessons got cancelled and resheduled about three times. As I couldn't keep booking off work I asked for my deposit back. It then tool 2 months of back and forth going round in circles them promising me theyd look into it. Of course the refund did not materialise. Unfortunately in the end i resorted to telling them it was really affecting my mental health and that I felt very low and was struggling with rent. This seems to be the only way they would send the money. So i got my 399 pound back I am ok and its sad that saying that is what it took but it had been going on too long. I hope this helps and many people seem to have struggled to aquire their money wich is terrible in these times. I wish you all luck never give up on you emails.

No show, no response, no refund

Had a 5 day course booked. We had plenty of contact with the company up untill the day of the course. Then nothing. Took £1200 from us. So far trying to get a refund. Stay far away from this company, no doubt the good reviews are fake

Fantastic course and my instructor Jen…

Fantastic course and my instructor Jen was brilliant. Calm, patient, encouraging and made the course enjoyable and engaging. They could be a bit quicker responding to email, but I didn't have any problems getting through on Live Chat. Definitely recommend.

Please do not waste your money

Please do not waste your money, I mean waste your money as I booked a course which they cancelled and 2 months later I am still awaiting a refund. Lie after lie of reason why I haven’t had a refund and then I get it’s approved awaiting transfer and still a load of bull@@@i. Shocking lies shocking service and shocking customer service. PLEAse go elsewhere

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It's a total scam. I paid and heard nothing. I chased and still nothing. The customer service reps in the chat were rude. Then when I eventually heard, they said they had heard form the instructor that he was ill. What a complete scam. Now no-one is responding to me. Trying to get my daughter's money back. Scam scam. Luckily husband is a lawyer and so we have started a fraud case.

This company is a scam!
Paid £1200 for 5 day course they couldn’t get a driver to do the lessons for me, over a month later still trying to get a refund, phone-line always busy and emails seem to be automated.

Passed yesterday I must say a big thank…

Passed yesterday I must say a big thank you to Ellie who booked everything for me via My5day. Was a bit slow with the process of booking rest when I had to contact a few times to get all put through but Ellie was on hand to get all sorted once went to her.
Mo Salim from Kingstanding is an absolute great instructor I cannot race about him enough and the examiner Brad who made sure that I felt at ease and I passed 1st time. Cannot race about this enough 🙏

This a SCAM everyone...

This a SCAM everyone.... take notice of all the bad reviews. The good reviews mist be FAKE!!!!
I booked my course for late April and paid in full £1098, only to be told 3 days before the course that my instructor had been taken ill so would I be able to reschedule another date.
I thought no problem I will book another date for the last week in may only to be told TWO hours before the course start time that the instructor had let them down. They asked if I would consider rescheduling for another date if not I could apply for a refund.
I thought to myself I've been let down twice do I really want to go through this again?? So I asked for a refund!!!
After countless emails over the past 2 weeks all I get back is short replys saying we are processing your issue and have to speak to the manger for clearance.... absolutely disgusting.... please read all the bad reviews thoroughly, this can not be coincidence, and I advise anyone with the same issue, to seek advice and go to a small claims court of which I am currently doing, also report to watchdog and contact your bank.
PLEASE EVERYONE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Avoid My5day!!!!!!!

Title: Unacceptable Service and Unresolved Refund Issue

I am extremely disappointed with My5Day Driving Company. I paid for a service that was never provided, and I've been waiting for a refund for a month and a half. Despite daily follow-ups, their help desk repeatedly dismisses me with the same empty promise that the refund will be processed "in 3 days." This has been going on for weeks, and it's clear that they have no intention of resolving the issue. I would strongly advise against using this company. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable provider.

NOT RELIABLE COMPANY! Had intensive course booked for 20/5/2024 was told that the instructor will contact me a week before course start date, but he didn't contact me and didn't show up! Was offered another date which didn't suit me, so I requested a refund! Refund request was 2 weeks ago, every day I'm emailing them to update me on that but they just replying with stupid emails that apparently someone is looking at it! TIME WASTERS! They caused so much inconvenience in my private life! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

UPDATE!!!
Got the refund in just 2 days after opening the dispute with my bank!!!

No course, no refund - awful

Just awful. Let my daughter down twice cancelling the initial course a few days prior and doing the same thing for the replacement course. I have requested a refund. No refund received.

!!!!READ THIS!!!! IT IS A SCAM!

All these positive reviews (“in my opinion”for legal purposes) are fake!
This is a scam company!
I’m urging you to look at all the “positive reviews”. ALL of them have only ever given one review. Now look at the 1 star reviews. Most of them have made a couple of legitimate other reviews for other companies, they’re real people.
My5day has also deleted all the comments all of us scam victims have put on their Facebook and blocked us all. Go and look at how many angry reacts are on all their posts, there aren’t any positive reactions because it is a scam.

IF YOU HAVE ALSO BEEN SCAMMED, SUBMIT YOUR STORY TO BBC WATCHDOG. We are all banding together to get justice. I would advise filing to small claims court, you can also contact your bank and see about them getting you a refund.

I booked a full course for £1,099 back in early February. The course was due to start in early April. They emailed me saying they cancelled it as no instructors. No problem, I thought. They offered me to rebook so I said okay.
They never got back to me about that so a week later, I asked for a refund.
It’s been 7 weeks since I’ve asked for a refund. I’ve been non-stop emailing and calling most days that entire time.
I’m a single mother to a disabled child. She has access to a car due to a scheme that gives free cars to the severely disabled, all I’d need to get is a license.
I saved up all of my carers allowance for months so I can get a license and take her to hospital appointments which she needs a lot of. Maybe take her on some nice days out as she can’t take public transport and taxis are too expensive.
They’ve stolen the opportunity for a disabled little girl to be able to go out.
