I ordered blue evil eye Venice bracelet a while ago, it arrived, i was happy, I loved it, everything was perfect. Until a few nights ago when I went out with my friend who lives in Canada, she is a fellow artist too, and she LOVED my bracelet. During our dinner, i decided to give to her as a gift, but before that, I secretly ordered a new bracelet for myself. So everyone was happy.
One day later, I got a message from Myy Bay, saying the they’re sorry but the bracelet was out of stock, so I could either get voucher or refund.
I really wanted the bracelet actually so I kept enquiring about it, only to be told that it is absolutely out of stock and is not coming back.
Before I asked for refund, I asked if I could get the necklace with blue evil eye (it looked available online), only to be told that everything related to the blue venice evil eye is more or less gone forever, never to be back in stock. The language was neither apologetic nor friendly, it was rather very matter of factly. I received refund but simply could not let go of the blue venice bracelet, or the necklace. Long story short, I saw the necklace online three days ago. I ordered it, together with a simple Venice bracelet. It all arrived today. I am happy I finally got the product I wanted, but honestly, it is a kind of bittersweet happiness.

Our red and blue eye collection was a limited edition, it should not have been on our website when it was out of stock, we are sorry about that. Then, you had finally managed to order your bracelet because we had surprisingly had a return from another customer.
