I have just ordered €700 worth of jewelleries today on Mya Bay and realised I’ve put in my UK address and I emailed Mya Bay customer service straight away to urgently ask them to amend my address and get my stuff shipped to Italy instead - no response no order confirmation email whatsoever - I have no clue what’s going on with my order and for w customer who has ordered so much I think I deserve better treatment

I ordered on Tuesday 5/01 and got it on 13/01 but I never even received a message that my order was being treated or that it was on its way. So, I decided to check it myself via the bpost-app after 8 days and that's when I saw my parcel got delivered in my mailbox...
Nevertheless, very very very happy with my order! The jewels are beautiful ;)

Products are good but delivery time is much longer than expected when delivered in Germany. My package got lost twice and the last time one product was missing in the package because of out of stock (although it was available when I was ordering it).
