I bought two pair of shoes they don't fit
how can I return them?

The quality of the hoodie is excellent, however, the color is a bit off from the picture in the advertisement. My son loved it anyway! It took very little time to get here, coming from overseas, which was a big plus.

Company needs to better clarify the instructions for return merchandise. The note on the package sent to me gave clear instructions to return the product to a California address. I was latter told by the company that the postal service submits that return only address. My returning the product to the California address cost me more money to return, understandable, but in the meantime I could not retrieve the product to return to an overseas location. Therefore the company and I agreed to split the difference of lost, 50/50. There just needs to be more clarity on returning items. The 50% agreed upon is presently in my bank account. I am satisfied with at least receiving fifty percent of my cost. However I am at a lost returning the package to California.

the product was terrible!!! Not at all like pictured or described. I have asked for a full refund and free return shipping - since it was obviously a fake description but have not heard back yet and may have to contact my credit card company - the product was a fake and an embarrassment it was so terribly bad.

I should have known better. The combination of an overly good price and a no-name manufacturer should have tipped me off. The idea behind this show was correct, but the product is far from what I was looking for in terms of quality. The sole is plastic and the upper is not leather as advertised. Size seems right.

At first I didn't trust it but my package arrived within 2weeks and I was shocked tbh I was ready to accept a loss as in it not being legit but I give then respect for keeping they word on delivery

Took too long for shipment, then the product was nothing like the advertisement. You all sent me a cheap ass pair rubber shoes.

Took a month to get here. Tracking thru China’s system for two weeks and another to get to USA and then the size ran smaller than listed

Shoes are not real birkenstocks and came with a broken piece.
