If there was a way to score "0" for my recent experience with Myallfeet, that's what I would choose. I ordered size 10 Birkenstock clogs as a present to be delivered before Christmas 2022. The shoes arrived in mid-January and were wrapped in plastic (no shoe box). Although my kiddo consistently wears a size 10 women shoe, the Myallfeet Birkenstocks were too small. When I started to coordinate a shoe exchange, Myallfeet offered a $40 refund and said "keep the shoes." I sent the shoes back to China for an exchange. Postage costs were over $30. Myallfeet refused to accept the package and it was returned to me in July, 2023. I received the $40 credit for $158 shoes. This business is a scam. I will never order from it again.

They show one product on their site but you get something totally different. I ordered a couple of pair of sneakers and they looked nothing like the picture and they are very poor quality. I tried to get a refund but the most they want to give me is 50% back and told me that I could keep them or give them to someone. I just want my money back because the sneakers look very bad like they will fall apart with a couple of uses.

Well i bought a pair last year and i loved them so much they worn out now i gotta get new but deff had recommend this website to my friends

This site is a scam. I called the number to get a status of my order and I got a message that the phone number was disconnected. No response to emails.

They make it appear that their shoes are brand name by using the sane name but they carefully leave only the brand name out. Appears they are knock offs.

confusing design of the website. Rather difficult to follow. "contact us", returns you to the same page you were on with no further information to contact the company. Finding the company's email without being re-directed was a real challenge. Return instructions were rather cumbersome and confusing at best. It appeared that attempts to return the item (in my case wrong sized were sent) for a larger sized were actually discouraged. In all, my experience with their website was rather negative and to this date I do not know if my shoes are going to be replaced, any more than I know if they're going to respond to my request for a replacement.

Bought a pair of crocs Santa Cruz loafers which is all I wear. Been wearing these for many years. Saw a great price on my all feet. Sounds too good to be true it generally is. The shoes are fake, knock offs. Made different fit different, not the crocs brand. Oh well my loss. Careful before you buy.

Ordered a popular item for myself, took a while because it came from China, was a size large but way too small.
A label on the package said “returns” and I returned it indicating the issue and requested a refund.
I did receive a reply saying I shouldn’t have sent it there and provided a address in China.
SCAM website, be sure what you order there is something you want because if you change your mind the cost to return it will be more out of pocket expense to you. SCAM

I wish I could show you the shoes they sent me compare to the ones they advertise.
I bought these shoes thru your website for over $54.00 ( Alligator Shoes.) over a month ago and at the time
the tracking said it was coming for China, as weeks went by I finally contacted PayPal, to inform them that I didn’t receive it and I want my money back.
Now today! I received a package, not a shoe box but a black garbage bag tape up package. Opened it up and it was these knockoff shoes
That was compact so tight the shoes lost their form. Needless to say! It wasn’t at all what they advertised as you can see from the pictures I submitted.
When I opened it it had a very strong chemical smell and was greasy, once I touch the shoes my fingers were tingling and numb. I quickly ran to the
Bathroom to wash my hands.. I used cleaning gloves to pack them up and took into my storage area. This isn’t good at all. I have never
Received shoes package this way… Perhaps it’s more expensive to use shoe boxes like everyone else does.
And the sender’s information on the USPS is now coming from Bensenville, IL and not CHINA, and the company on the label read “JOE DOE” like in
John Doe. Another words they don’t want to be identify. Thus! Makes me more convince this is a total SCAM…

Nevertheless, I contact PayPal. Requesting a total refund and forward photos and my statement of this ordeal.

The shoes did not fit. The only recourse they offered is for me to pay the freight to ship them back to China. If I could give zero stars, I would. Beware of this company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.

I got the wrong size shoes and cannot reach anyone to get a refund. It has been almost two months of back and forth emails.I got no invoice in the package and did not keep a copy of the order and they somehow even with my email address, my home address, a copy the payment from my bank, a copy of the address label on the package cannot (OR will not) acknowledge my request. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Received my flipflops in a timely manner and on a Saturday delivery, I was supposed to receive them Monday February 27th but I got them earlier. Once you place your order with them all you need to do is Submit your order # and they will respond to you along with information about your package stating where it is.

Who ever had a bad experience with Myallfeet, they must of had the wrong Staff working for them.

This company is NOT legit even though it shows up pm a Google shopping search. Ordered Birkenstocks, received knock offs. They look similar, definitely not the same, sizing is off. My first red flag was a weird tracking link showing shipping from China. Went back and forth with the company multiple times and ultimately disputed the charge on my cc successfully. Don't be fooled.

I ordered a pair of Croc’s, size 10. What I received was a pair of knockoffs in what was labeled as 10 but defiantly were not. I did contact customer service and after a few go arounds, I accepted a 75% refund.
This is a Chinese company and I have gone this route before. Order one thing and get another. Then when you try to either send them back and/or get a refund, it becomes a song and dance. I will say, they did respond to me and did issue a partial refund. But they don’t want the product back and are not going to give you a full refund. I could have gone the dispute using my credit card, but just didn’t want to go through all of that. Your experience may be different but I wouldn’t order anything from MyAllFeet.

The ship was a little late but I got all my shoes in the right size and the quality is amazing thank you

Used the sizing chart and they were two sizes too small ( not an exaggeration). Then I contacted customer service and they emailed me once about a solution to which I replied and never got anything back.

Terrible!

Shoes arrived today and very poor quality with hard plastic soles and man made materials. Totally unacceptable.

Company manufactures and operates from China and refuses to provide a return label and full refund.

Shoes we absolutely not as shown in website pictures and written description.

Over 10 emails have been send with 8 returned each offering an increased % off. However the shoes are of such poor quality, not leather, uppers not stitched to the soles as shown make these shoes cringe worthy.

Avoid at all costs!!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. DO NOT buy shoes from this website. It’s all a scam. I paid $115 for “Birkenstocks” and come to find out they’re fake. I ordered them 2 months ago and still haven’t gotten them. The tracking information is awful. The only way to contact them is through email. And they DONT DO REFUNDS. Do yourselves a favor and find a different site to buy shoes on.
