Listen man, these shoes come from China. I got what I expected, shoes that looked like really expensive shoes from the US. It took a minute to get here, but they're from CHINA man!! Don't expect over night delivery, but expect what was described. I have no issues. Everyone needs to calm down!!

Great fit and looked just as advertised

If I could have given zero stars, I would have given this company a zero They refused to cancel my order. I was told that I had to receive the item, then I can return it. When I did receive the item, I was told to send a picture before they will tell me how to do the return!
Very bad experience!

Shorty after getting the product they started to fall apart, no slip is the only positive. Need to work on the upper shoe quality!

The return was very simple. It was a nice experience.

Mis-sized, knock-off Berkinstock sandals. Was given the complete run-around when trying to return. Strongly discourage using this on-line retailer!

I ordered a size 11 and the shoes sent are more like a 9. The shoes didn’t even come with a box to check the size. When I contacted you for an exchange you offered me a 10% refund. For a pair of shoes that can’t be worn!

Wish I could upload several pictures of the before and after $100 shoes that I thought I was going to get...instead of receiving thick soled polished leathered fancy dress shoe that they advertised online, I received a thin "Pleather Looking Moccasin" made in Vietnam. A dyed whanna-be knockoff.The shoe strings were thin and cheap as well.
Wasn't even worthy to wear around the house as a bedroom slipper...junk
Their online advertisements are the bomb...but receiving a final order might have you cringing 😖 and cursing 🤬.
Shoes had cardboard inserts in them.
Came in "NO" shoe box, had no padding or bubble wrap for protection...just a thin bag and shoes squash together, sad!
If I can remember calling someone in another state who warehouses some shoes, attire, ect. This person told me that they came from Asia, Bangkok, somewhere...and that in order to receive a REFUND I would have to send the $100 shoes back overseas and pay a International Customs Fee of $60-$70 which would be later subtracted out of my promised poor Asian refund leaving me about $30 bucks in some bootleg Asian refund check especially after waiting almost 2 months...and wearing a total different style of wedding dress shoe later..
Again these dress shoes looked seriously cheap. Anykind of refund wasn't worth the Bull-Crap headache.
They got over big time!
Wished this site had uploading for pictures, you would laugh out loud after seeing the original and the aftermarket version

They looked different in person and arrived smushed

Order was never shipped but $$were taken from my Credit card which has been disputed now you want a review on my experience I think we should just move on with this said, you even had almost 6weeks to fill the order but still no shoe shipment.....pissed!!
You could have sent a e-mail to say shoes were delayed but....Plus you could be reached on either one of you phone numbers...what more can I give you???

Terrible experience- ordered shoes in November and got them just before Christmas. The shoes were woefully small even though I ordered up a size as directed in website. When I emailed to request a refund, they replied and said I could get a 15% refund and said the o process was long and cumbersome and should find someone to wear the shoes. Um, what?

Like the first two pairs except the high top shoes have NO cushion in the heels.
