Dishonest offers -
I have seen these advertised and keep looking at them for my 2 daughters as we are due a long flight.
I got an email to say sign up and you will get 30% off. I did so and when the link came through and you clicked on it , it met just going to the already 25% off that I could get without signing up. I contacted the customer services who said it was a glitch.
Really dishonest marketing to get hold of people’s details but not fulfilling the promise

Ordered at the start of February for a holiday at the end of February.

No communication from the conpany so when we chased up they informed us that the item was out of stock so they were jsut waiting to get more in before dispatching.

If you are going to do this then email the customer to let them know. Had to cancel the order as a result as it would not arrive. Apparently 4 weeks is too shorter lead time.

Bought this for our grandson as a Christmas gift. This item was packed extremely well, arrived on time and has been made to a very high standard. Would highly recommend 😁.d

Thought my 13 month old would rip straight off but he didn’t mind them at all, I ended up taking them off him! I am feeling less anxious about taking him for the first time on a plane this summer so we’ll worth it! I think the sound was clear and plenty loud enough.

Absolutely love them! My son so enjoys it when we travel. They are so comfortable for him, and we love it because we don't have to listen to what he is watching. Highly recommended.

We used Bandou for my grandson's first flight aged 9mths and he slept for almost the entire flight wearing his headband connected to my phone! He didn't have any problems with take off and landing either.
My only problem was that the band was a little too big for him so we had to improvise with a hair bobble to shorten the elasticated section. And he doesn't have a particularly small head.

The headband works. Granddaughter loves it.

Just would like to special mention Macel from the supports team she handled my concern promptly, professionally and showed empathy along the process. She arranged for a replacement of my lost parcel. This shows that the company is not only after profit but makes sure that their customers are happy and get what they paid for. Thank you Bandou and Macel!

These headphones are very comfortable and the audio is great. Our kids used them on a flight. They barely take any space in uour bag. Great purchase!

Headphones were very nice, but my toddler does not like anything on her head so they didn't work for us. Customer service was so exceptional they issued a refund straight away and with no fuss whatsoever can't praise them enough

Item arrived absolutely damaged from the outside all the way to the product itself. It is clear from the label that I got a returned product, they didn’t even change the packaging as you can see the old label underneath. Not what I’d expect having paid £30 for a little headphone!

However im sure there was an offer on for a free gift, but i didnt receive a gift with them.

My order did not arrive in time for my trip despite allowing the right amount of business days for this to happen. Any parent knows how stressful that is if you’re counting on something to make your long flight easier and then suddenly you’re out of luck… I emailed the company to explain and all that happened was giving me return instructions - no discount code or refund. In my opinion that is bad customer service.

Purchased for my daughter for an upcoming plane trip. We tested them at home first to make sure she would be happy to wear them, and she loved them! She was so happy to watch her favourite show while having her unicorn on. She thought they were the best thing ever. Very happy with my purchase and will recommend to friends.

My son enjoys listening to music and story time with his bandeau. He looks so cute!!

This is a very cute, well made product. Unfortunately, my toddler absolutely refused to wear it. When I tried to initiate a return by emailing support, they immediately issued a refund, no questions asked. I am so pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of their service and the fact that they stand by their word. I rate this company very highly.

What made my experience great was that I didn't receive my first order for the unicorn and kitty headbands and they had no problems sending me another order. I feel confident ordering from Bandou again. Very good company to deal with and prompt responses to any issues.

We LOVE ours! I bought a set for my 3.5 year old and 10 month old and they both love them! We used them traveling across the country and it was a huge success!
