My grandson loved the shark headband. We encountered a small problem but the customer service was outstanding and the problem was rectified very speedily.

I made a mistake when I ordered and was worried about contacting the company for resolution. It was SOO EASY!! Thank you for helping me correct my mistake!

My boys are obsessed. This headset is not only cute but compact and easy to travel with, which most sets are bulky. It’s super comfortable to wear especially when traveling and won’t slip off. My 2yr old loves listening to his Tonie and Yoto with these. Need another as my boys fight over it haha

The kids love their new earphones! Cute & comfortable. The only problem we have is trying to keep the ear pieces in the correct place.

Honestly, this is an amazing product. Other headphones hurt kids ear and sometimes they are too big or small. These are perfect and easy to connect with phones. Washable, kid safe!

Product seems great - we are yet to use it properly as it’s for our overseas trip in a few weeks. Customer service was okay but a little disappointing- I shared screenshots of how I was being charged more at checkout. I was refunded some of it but they wouldn’t go as low as the price it initially came up as. I was understanding about it until I saw Black Friday sales were 40% so I feel a little ripped off

Such an amazing product ! My son loved the fact that the fabric is so soft, Anne the volume control is perfect so it's not too loud but just enough for him to listen to his songs when he's overstimulated.
We use his koala bandou, most days of the week !

Amazing quality headphones. My son is autistic and won’t wear standard headphones. He put his bandou headphones on straight away and keeps them on, he was so chuffed when he could hear his music on them. 100% recommend.

The product is amazing, my son has no problem wearing them and they kept him busy for over an hour on a plane. The website was really easy to navigate too, and customer service was very helpful to make sure I got a refund when my coupon didn’t work. Overall, very positive experience.

The headband style headphones are a hit with my granddaughters. The girls are 18 months, 2 years and 4 and a half years old. They all love the different animals design and we all love that their ears are protected. The sound is great and not too loud for their ears.
Customer service kept me informed after ordering about shipping and they were well packaged and arrived fast and with no issues.
We are recommending the headphones to their friends.

Amazing product. We bought it for holiday and our little girl used it on the plane. Her older brother's aged 6 and 8 even loved it to listen to music and white noise at bedtime. Highly recommend and now need to buy two more for my sons

Fabulous product!
Really cute designs and both our kids love wearing it.
Initially the sound was super quiet and I was worried but we looked up the FAQ regarding fixing the sound - we needed to charge the speaker more and adjust some settings on our phone. Once we did both those things, the headphones worked 100% perfectly!
