I am physically and mentally disabled and keeping up with changes or even having time between hospital or doctor visit's to pay or keep up with day to day bills was problematic for me; I never have to worry, I have been with My Budget for some time and it has eased my anxiety considerably and your contact centre staff are of the highest standard; informed, polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. Too many people….customers need one person helping them
It’s nice to have a budget company looking after our finances, but at times it’s frustrating because it’s a different person all the time. Why can’t you hire people to look after several budgets at a time so we get the same person working on our budget along with us? My son is ADHD and he really needs someone to help him with his finances, but because there isn’t that one on one help he would become frustrated and confused.

Mybudget is a revelation.

I absolutely loved having my budget for…
I absolutely loved having my budget for the convenience of my budget paying my bills for me making sure all my bills were paid on time and how easy it was just to send a bill and they worked out how much was need to put away to buy a large bill each fortnight.

Peace of Mind - and a Trip of a Lifetime
I don’t think I can put into words just how much MyBudget has changed my life. Before I joined, money was my biggest source of anxiety. I felt stuck, like I’d never be able to get ahead or even dream about the things I wanted.
From the moment I started with MyBudget, that weight started to lift. They gave me a plan, but more importantly, they gave me hope. I’ve built healthy habits I never thought I could stick to, and for the first time in a long time, I feel in control of my finances instead of the other way around.
In my very first year, I saved enough for something I’d always thought was out of reach - a dream trip: a whole month in London and Disneyland Paris. That trip changed me in so many ways, and I still can’t believe it actually happened. I know for sure it never would have without MyBudget.
I’m so grateful for the team and the program - not just for helping me save money, but for giving me the peace of mind and freedom to dream again.

I have been with mybudget for 10 years. I love the fact that all of my bills are allocated and either paid by mybudget or transferred to my bank account. I have savings and money also put aside for holidays. I find accessing money very easy and if I need to contact mybudget staff have always been friendly,courteous,professional and attended to my enquiry quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend mybudget as I no longer stress about bills and if anything urgent arises financially mybudget can look at my finances and work aroud budget. I have always received 100% service.
