Before my budget, I didn’t know how to make ends meet. I couldn’t pay my bills on time. I had debt so deep I didn’t know how I was gonna crawl out of it my friend got me onto my budget and it was the best thing that I’ve done. I paid off so much debt I took my kids on holidays. I had savings. I got my life back. I recommend it to everybody.

Eugene
Eugene! We were about to close our account - until we spoke to Eugene.
Eugene took the time we needed to voice our concerns, he then addressed each one of them individually until we became more comfortable with the process and how to achieve our goals.
Eugene gave practical advice as to where to focus our attention (money) to get rid of our debt quicker, and he was able to forecast a timeline as to when we would be in a better position monetarily - something to aim for that is achievable.
Our issues have mostly been around carrying a fair bit of debt. Eugene highlighted the fact that we needed to do some tidying up of our affairs before we could reap the rewards, so to speak. This is where we're at, right now.
It's great to be able to pick up the phone and speak to a human about our financial worries, and we end each phone call with a better understanding of how the process works.
Now, as Eugene put it, we 'babysit' our budget and leave the heavy lifting to MB.
While this review is about Eugene, I would also like to mention that Ben has been just as helpful in the past.
We walk a cobble-stoned path today, we will walk smoother paths in the near future.

The best company to get financial budget assistance from! Each of their representatives are friendly, approachable, non-judgmental and treat each interaction with clear solutions in mind. Their app amd website are user-friendly and informative regarding past spending and how to/when you can achieve your next financial goal. I would recommend MyBudget to anyone.

Really great at getting us out of the…
Really great at getting us out of the shit. Couldn’t believe how simple it was. However, now our financial situation has changed, there is no ongoing/follow up support to help with what we can do (now we have paid off all our debt) with improving our financial position even further. Surely even one follow up appointment once a year wouldn’t be too difficult - $60+ a week needs to go towards something.

My Budget is changing my life
The whole my budget team have been so wonderful from the get go. They have helped me manage my budget, work towards paying off debt, and for the first time in my life, I can afford the things I need to achieve my goals, which I could have never imagined being the case. Today I had a wonderful phone call with a team member named Jon. He helped me to fit in an unexpected ongoing expense, and looked for innovative ways to adjust my budget so that it is as healthy as it can be. At the same time, he validated the importance and emotion behind my payments, and gosh did he make me laugh! He made what can be a very stressful situation into a fun and hopeful hour on the phone.
