As usual from the first conversation with booking a service or ringing for advice the team at Smithfield qld are truly professional and knowledgeable nothing is too hard or a problem great service great communication and quick to respond to questions fantastic team thankyou

Service done quickly and efficiently, the guys are nice and filled me in on how the car was.

The service we received on Wednesday morning the 3rd was amazing. I didn’t get a chance to get the guys name who served us. I can’t thank you enough. I’m heavily pregnant, it was pouring down raining that day and he assisted me and my partner by going above and beyond for us.

Easy drop off quick service called to pick up car when promised.

Had the car for 1.5 hrs untouched.. staff member was rude. Telling me they have been busy. Don’t book times and you can’t keep to those times frames. Told me to come back at 1:30, I did and car had not been started. Staff told me to take car somewhere else..
staff was rude and unprofessional.. asked for discount for inconvenience and he pretty much laughed at me..
made me late for the rest of the day and picking up my daughter..

Our first time ay Mycar and it was all made easy.

Very impressed with getting a free replacement tyre after puncturing it on a spike on the edge of the driveway. Prompt, courteous service.

These guys were great.
I was a few hours early and they went out of their way to accommodate me by an early install of new Pirelli tyres. They very busy already and reasonably said “sorry, but no can do” Instead I was out of there at a much earlier time.
Tyres great. Rides like a quiet new car.

Just drove in without appointment but got attended to and in a couple of hours, had my new tiers installed.

Did as required. In on time, out early, price as quoted. Usual pleasant staff, who know what they are doing.

Efficient, friendly people who go out of their way to get the job done as quickly as possible.

Another car service complete, was quick and efficient. I dont ever feel like they try sell you anything you/your car dont need. The cost of service is really good esp when other places charge twice or more for exactly the same thing.
