As far as we are aware, we do not request any reviews until after 1 month from purchase, allowing out customers to write about their whole experience.

Doesn't work & not helpful
I bought a laptop, been only a week & the keys are not working. I have contacted them since the 24th of July & it's promise after promise to collect it for repair. I have 2 years warranty & not helping at all. Order no: 36104. Absolutely regret it

Juliana, we are not entirely sure why you have left this 1 star review. We can see you purchased a laptop in June and in July you contacted us regarding an issue.
On the 26th July we asked you a question regarding being able to print a return label and you did not respond until the 4th August but with no answer to our question.
It would seem that we arranged for a collection on the 7th August but for some reason the courier did not collect, something in which we apologise for but cannot help.
We rearranged this collection for wednesday 9th August where the item was collected and returned to us for repair.
We repaired and shipped the laptop back to you on the 15th August.
We fully appreciate that things can go wrong and can only rely on the courier services we use, as do many online retailers, however once there was an issue with the courier we resolved it as swiftly as possible and performed your warranty repair as we would always do.
Overall we feel this review has been left a little prematurely and would kindly ask that it is edited to show more accurate information.
We believe that the comment of us "not helping at all" is quite unfair considering we have tried multiple ways to help with the return of your item and also have adhered to our terms and conditions of sale and warranty appropriately.

I've bought a few laptops from My Cheap…
I've bought a few laptops from My Cheap Laptop now and found the service and quality of goods very good. I took out an extended warranty on one of the more expensive items and although I had a couple of issues the warranty process was spot on with none of the usual headache you would expect.
My Cheap Laptop is my first go-to for refurbished laptops at a reasonable price with a great after-sales service.

I wasn't overly sure about getting a reconditioned laptop. However, when you can get a higher spec one for the price of a brand new lower spec one I thought it was worth a try. I have to say I was really impressed with the laptop, its like new. The service was quick and prompt. I will definitely be using My Cheap Laptop again.

Brilliant service. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a second hand laptop as I’ve never done it before and you hear all sorts of rumours. Happy to be proved wrong! Amazing price for a Microsoft surface pro - works perfectly, perfect condition, speedy service. Would recommend! I see people mentioning battery life so for reference mine lasts about 3 hours of constant word document/PowerPoint editing. Which is more than I’d hoped! I’m really very happy and you’ve saved me about £1000 off a new laptop

Any item is shipped on a Next Day Delivery service from the day it is dispatched, however in some cased it can take a few days to ready the item.
