Emily is wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and you can feel she is truly present with you, even though you're online. There is nothing too unlovable, boring, or uncomfortable in you that she will not embrace with compassion. She is fully invested in her clients and creates a space where they feel at ease and loved.

Amy is a wonderful counsellor. She is insightful, kind, and truly helped my husband and I on our journey of healing. We always felt well listened to and understood. Highly recommend. She always prayed with us as well which is so important to us as Christian people.

My husband initiated the counseling for himself originally & I am so thankful he did . Our marriage is stronger because of it. I don’t know why some people have a stigma about seeing a counselor . I liked my counselor very much and that is the main idea. She was very insightful and very helpful to me. However, I find that the billing structure is very confusing and I wish they would just bill per visit and not worry about visits per month.

After decades of successfully referring interested persons nationwide to professionally capable Christian behavioral health clinicians (e.g., especially via Drs. Minirth-Meier clinics, Dr. Fred Gross Christian Therapy Program, New Life Ministries, Drs. Cloud-Townsend Resources, Focus on the Family and the like), as a Christian pastoral psychologist/PhD myself, I can say the following about the MyCounselor.Online (aka "MCO") group. Given their over a dozen masters-levels counselors trained in MCO's approach do not have their counseling work supervised weekly by even one doctoral-level Clinical Director, I suggest requesting the owner Mr. Josh Spurlock or Mrs. Sarah Cowan as 2 options toward thorough clinical assessment and care planning.

MyCounselor.Online—and my work with Sydney Blanchard in particular—completely changed my life. We clicked instantly during our first session in March 2025. I love that the platform lets you read counselor bios to find the perfect fit. I chose Sydney because she is also a mother, and my primary goal was to heal so I could be a better mom to my own children.Over the past year, Sydney walked alongside me through intense seasons of childhood grief, difficult family dynamics, and the loss of two loved ones. She taught me to be curious about my reactions, show myself compassion, and break free from the shame spiral. Together, we explored the deepest depths of my fears, but I never felt alone; she was by my side for every single step. As I prepare for my final sessions, I am reflecting on everything God has helped me accomplish through Sydney and this platform. I feel so blessed! My counselor has been AMAZING from the very beginning. She is very patient with me and understanding, while equipping me with tools to allow me to make progress and move forward with a Christ Centered session. She has already been so helpful

The customer service and accounting teams are very helpful and responsive. The counselors are well trained, christ centered, and so compassionate. I felt comfortable and understood in the first sessions. Counselors knew how to challenge me to help me achieve the growth I wanted, which was sometimes difficult but isn't that why we are in counseling?! So it was very worthwhile. I will miss my counselors.
