I had a really good experience. The onboarding with Danial was smooth and he took the time to understand how we were already managing things before showing us the system. What I liked most was that they didn't just focus on getting us set up and leaving us on our own. We had a few issues with our Excel sheets, ecommerce processes, inventory management, and shipping/labeling, and the team helped us work through each of them.

The operating system has made things much more organized for us, especially when it comes to keeping track of inventory and handling orders. The support has been responsive and practical, which made the whole transition much easier. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend to businesses looking to improve their distribution and ecommerce operations.

Overall it's been a really positive experience. The support has been great and I'm looking forward to using DistributorOS as we continue to grow :)

I didn’t realize how much time we were wasting until we moved everything over to DistributorOS.

We were juggling spreadsheets, emails, random WhatsApp messages… it was such a mess. Now our wholesale customers just apply through the portal, we approve them, and they’re off. No more chasing people for information or trying to remember who gets which pricing.

Ahmed has been brilliant as well. Every time we’ve hit a snag he’s sorted it quickly without making it feel like a big deal.

We switched to DistributorOS about a few months back after getting fed up with running our wholesale side through a mix of Google Sheets, WhatsApp messages and a Shopify plugin that kept glitching out on us. Honestly wish we'd found this sooner.
The bit that's made the biggest difference is having distributor applications, approvals and pricing tiers all sitting in one place. Before this we'd have someone email us wanting to buy in bulk and it would take days to sort out pricing, verify who they even were, get them set up properly. Now it's basically sorted itself out, they apply through our own branded portal, we approve, done.
Stock syncing with Shopify has also stopped the whole "sorry that's actually out of stock" conversation we used to have way too often. It just matches now.
Biggest shoutout though has to go to Danial, he's our account manager and he's been great from day one. Actually replies fast, remembers our setup, and doesn't just fob you off with a help article when something's not clicking. Feels like we've got someone in our corner rather than just another software subscription.
Not going to pretend it's perfect, there was a bit of a learning curve getting everything set up at the start, but once it clicked it clicked. Would recommend to anyone running wholesale alongside a Shopify store and drowning in spreadsheets like we were.

I am adding my personal experience working with abrar for my onboarding process for distributorOS. i feel like this app solves all my wholesale and distribution problems.

The onboarding process was extremely smooth, i was able to get onboarded in 48 hours, and the app UI is easy to navigate with in APP messaging feature for my distributors all in one spot.

The good thing about this app is that i can manage, create orders inside the app and sends data to my shipstation. highly recommended!
