I had an issue with the sizing for the hats and instead of needing to repurchase the whole order, Elsie organised replacements and it was all done so quickly. Appreciate the team and the items too!

Ordered couple pajamas with faces on. But they messed it up and printed overlap faces. extremely disappointed.

Never arrived. Ordered for Xmas present. Website showed delivery well before. After ordering this was pushed out until after Xmas. When it said it was finally delivered. It wasn’t. The address I gave is open 24/7, with all deliveries going to front security office. No way I wouldn’t have received.No way to contact delivery company either. Very disappointed. When trying to contact company, only chatbot. No luck there.

Ordered one pyjama for Christmas but forgot to choose express delivery.
So I send an email to custom service and even with the time difference I was suprised how fast there service was. It could easily be changed. To possibility to track your order in the website is also very usefull

The Customer Service staff were very helpful and provided assistance with photos and designs throughout the process of ordering the pyjamas. The pyjamas arrived as ordered.

Shirts look great, Responses to questions are very quick and detailed showing what personalised product will look like. Delivery quick too. Thanks Vicky😊

I sent a photo of a critter I wanted made into a plushie and it arrived as a bloody cushion. I could have made it into a cushion for under $60. Now I’m just pissed off.

Quick service, great quality….the sizing was on the smaller size so I suggest sizing up.

Made the order, received emails less than an hour later requesting further money (for the most ridiculous things, 1 being for express post which I already paid extra for, they wanted another $46 au for express post after paying extra anyway as well as other things) dragging out the email exchange in order to say it’s too late to cancel my order and refund even though I asked for this to be done within the hour of my order being made which was late at night and out of production time! Will not listen to requests, will not help! Now telling me they won’t refund my money or post it until I pay even more money to cancel my order as it’s already in process and too late to cancel, again, I cancelled said order less than an hour after making it and the website stated you can cancel within 24 hrs! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

Sara was very helpful in communicating with me once I realised my package had been improperly delivered and stolen.
She was very prompt in her responses to me and issued a redelivery for me . Thank you for rectifying the issue in a timely and friendly manner

After ordering asked for a preview of the pj's. was emailed very quickly. When my friend on the other side of the country received her gift she was so happy and loved the fact that both our faces were printed all over them! Well done and thanks for a great gift idea!!!!

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience and am extremely happy. My order was so easy to place and it arrived so fast. The quality of the material is amazing and my girls love them so much.

Ordering was easy, a great range of products, pjs arrived within a couple of weeks and looked fabulous, fabric was good quality. Organised these pjs with pics of her dogs as a gift for a friend, she absolutely loved them!

So easy to do the order and love the finished product. Ordered a pineapple hat with a face on it. Really cute and good quality. Great for a gift idea.

I would rate less than 1 if I could, ordered befoew xmas still waiting for order. Tracking has been saying it is in the country still nothing. This is a SCAM stay away.

Terrible! Ordered on the 1/12/24 with delivery promised before Christmas in 10-12 business days, have been chasing my order for over a week and still no delivery. Tracking indicates item has been in Sydney since the 11/12/24 and still no delivered. Requested refund as not received for a Christmas gift and can offer is less restocking fee and less processing! Seriously not my problem when this was ordered under the understanding that will be delivered before Christmas! Not happy

Received ‘XL’ shirt that was Smaller than my size ‘S’ t-shirt’s I wear.

Sizes are for VERY small children. Will only give ‘limited refund’ despite sizes being all incorrect.

Love how the pyjamas turned out. Had a small issue with the sizes not matching the chart but the staff were able assist and rectify the issue very quickly! Commutation was fantastic will definitely use again

It was exactly what I wanted. The images I provided were perfectly cropped and placed by the Myfacepajamas staff. My order arrived only one week after I placed it. And the pajamas are great quality too. Very happy.
