Unnecessarily difficult transaction

Unnecessarily difficult transaction. Product purchased 6/12/2026. Product received 7/5/2026, Charged for Expedited Delivery!
Too many product representatives involved in emails -one person admonished me about sending second email inquiring as to where the product was … next email requested if I did not hear from company in 2 days send additional email! Never heard from the same representative twice.
BEFORE product was received I was being charged for an”subscription”that I never signed up for … product, when finally received was a SAMPLE size, not a full size product.
Will not be dealing with this business again.

This is what I thought I was buying, but I did not want to subscribe, so I took that off. I did not know that if you unsubscribed the price went up, which it did to $220 USD, so I cancelled my order, I was offered 20% off of my order, but I could not afford that. I have been in touch with several people that have been very helpful in cancelling my order which says it is but I still have not gotten the refund. A person named Ariz has emailed me twice now, with updates and that is very helpful also. I feel confident that I will get my money back, and hopefully in the future the company will be more forthcoming in what you actually get. Thank you HiRelief, even though I did not get the product. And Thank you Ariz for helping me.

I tried to place an order but it didn't…

I tried to place an order but it didn't go through. I then got a call from the fraud department in my bank
I told them I didn't end up ordering and they blocked it. The next day yout company took $127.17 out of my checking account . I want to know how to get it put back. I'm hoping your company is not fraudulent

The product seems to be helping my neck discomfort I was a little upset about the size of the jars they look large in most of the commercials, I’m sure you have heard that from others, it’s a little misleading

Initial order process was somewhat challenging, particularly around the ad that alleges "buy one, get five free". I sent multiple emails to support and while I still believe the presentation to be falwed, the company did make it right.

I use your product twice a day for my…

I use your product twice a day for my neuropathy and it gives me relief which makes very happy. The only negitive reponse is that I have 8 jars of your product and I do not need anymore for a while. I have sent you emails twice and asked if I could postponed delivery of your product and you keep sending me a jar at a time, Again please ho;d off on my deliveries until I call you and request more, Thank you

Sends and bills for extra products

Sends and bills for extra products. When return and request refunds as per their website, you don't get it inspite of returning the product and refusing the shipment after I have requested a cancelation from March when I was charged over $500 for 6 bottles, then sent a bunch of other junk and charged the ridiculous amount. Tried to cancel it right away but have been sent and charged $110 a month since March when I was charged over $500 total to date is over $849.44. I returned the product now give me back my money!!!
