I must admit that I initially approached the company with some reservations, given the prevalence of scams. However, Robert proved to be incredibly reassuring and patient in addressing all of my questions. He was consistently helpful whenever I needed assistance. He meticulously planned the holidays, travel arrangements, and hotel accommodations, ensuring a seamless experience for me. The hotels were conveniently located near the city centers and train stations. The train journey was quite lengthy, and while I would have preferred first-class seating, I understand that the ticket price would likely have been higher. Overall, it was a truly wonderful first experience, allowing me to visit three countries over a week with everything thoughtfully arranged. I extend my sincere gratitude to Robert.

I sent a message, making enquiries reference flights/hotels etc for a short break to Budapest. Robert responsed with the details I requested quickly. The flights times were not suitable, he therefore sent me alternative flight times.
