Having bought at least 20 items from MYJS without any problems whatsoever, I've always been impressed by their customer service and useful updates. My last order arrived with a faulty earing however after contacting them I received a replacement very swiftly - sometimes things can go wrong, however it is how they are corrected that shows true excellent service

I had a problem with one of the earrings getting stuck in my ear,it had to be cut out,initially it looked promising and was getting a replacement pair. I sent the earrings back as asked to the address provided. It has been such a long time now and I have come to the conclusion that they are not being replaced! Very disappointing. Thank you for getting in touch with me, I have had quite a few pairs of these particular earrings, was unfortunate about that one,so glad MYJS will be sorting my replacement pair,will look forward to receiving them. Thanks

I received my item quickly and it was just as described, a beautiful octagonal sapphire bracelet.
