something seriously amiss here
I find it impossible to do business with this company. I registered an account but never received a verification email in over a week. I emailed customer service but likewise have not received a response. I wrote "I registered an account either Thursday or Friday last week but have not had a verification email. I can log in but cannot add an address therefore cannot order". Guess they're not interested in some people's custom.

Not only can we not find any record of a VJ Cayman on our system, we have had no recent email matching any of the information provided.
