Consistency is the key...

Consistency is the key I'm finding out which is a good thing. The correct color is coming back on my toes which makes me happy. So very glad I found them as other products just sit on toe. This goes beneath which is where problem is. Thank u thank u for ur sticks.

23 days into treatment

First, Mori has been great. She has explained the product and treatment plan so clearly, that I've had very few question that I needed answered. Any questions I have had she has answered in a way for me to understand. The product is so easy to use and smells wonderful. I'm already seeing improvement in just 23 days. My toes and feet are really looking good. For me, Mori has been a god sent, and I truly appreciate the times she takes to make sure I understand how to use everything.

It works for me and customer service is excellent.

Lunavia customer service

James, the associate that responded to my concern, was very helpful and professional and took care of my issue promptly and efficiently. He cancelled the auto subscription that had been applied without my direction and refunded my recent charge without question. His help restored my faith in the Lunavia company just as I was doubting its integrity! I hope the product works and that I will continue to be a customer until it is no longer required because it worked :)

My right great toe is now cleared but the left great toe is progressing very slowly. Should I increase the number of daily treatments, or is there something else I should do?

Instead of increasing your daily treatments—which can actually waste product since the nail can only absorb so much at once—we confidently assure you that a few strategic adjustments will get that left toe moving. We highly recommend gently filing down the surface of the left nail once a week to thin it out, allowing our formula to penetrate deeper into the stubborn areas. Also, ensuring the nail is 100% bone-dry before applying will maximize its strength. We're right here with you to ensure you get both toes completely clear!
