For one it's not an Irish website so they do not deliver from Ireland despite the .ie domain name and secondly they didn't even ship my order after 9 working days.
According to their support they shipped it but it still shows as "processing" in my account page and according to their policy of deliveries taking 5-7 days, it should have arrived, but it hasn't.
Customer service is running me around in circles too, just awful to deal with. Save your money and order from somewhere else.

Edit: Shipment did not arrive after 15 working days either, but they're refunding the order amount, which is nice, so I've updated their rating.

Deceptive website, think it's in Ireland but not.

This is a deliberately deceptive web address. I purchased from this company assuming I was buying from within Ireland (MyMemory.ie!!!!), as I needed to get a memory card in time for a trip. Turns out they are not based in Ireland at all and this is an extremely misleading TLD. In fairness it's my own fault, as a quick examination of their site would have lead me to that conclusion (+44 phone number etc), but I was in a hurry and I got the website confused with one which had been recommended to me (which IS actually based in the country) so I went ahead without examining properly. I just really hope that whenever my order does finally arrive, that they are not as deceptive about their products as they are about their location. I might add that when you click on the 'five star rating' they have received from trust pilot, it brings you to the rating they have received for their uk site. Once again, this is DELIBERATE deception and should not be allowed.
