Fast delivery. Order is always well packaged. They have a trusted site for me to use my card and they’re always reliable. I will always trust My Organic formula when it comes to ordering my baby’s Kendamil. Sometimes they will give freebies too which i felt appreciated too!

Formula itself is excellent, no problems there! Unfortunately expiry date is only 3 months away...not ideal especially when they offer discounts for bulk buying. I use powder formula when at home and RTF when away, but because of the expiry date I now have to use up the RTF at home as well. Disappointed considering it's significantly more expensive.

Very happy with the customer service I recently received from Prescila at My Organic Formula. I had reached out to her regarding an order I placed in January for Organic (Bio-Nature) Kendamil. I noticed the batch I received had a different taste and smell that I was not familiar with and my son was not taking it (strong metallic smell/taste). Prescila explained that it’s a known issue from Kendamil’s latest production batch and all QA tests show no impaction with quality and safety. Fast forward 3 months later, I reached out to see if this problem was rectified and Priscila had kindly offered to send out 2 cans of premium (non-organic) for my son to try (at no cost!) She said the non-organic Kendamil did not have the same reported metallic taste/smell that the organic batch had. I appreciate the great customer service from Prescila knowing that my son was unable to drink the last order I placed! Thank you!

Initially we started our daughter on Novalac but after getting recommendations from friends and reading all positive reviews we made a switch.
First thing we noticed it mixes so well without any clumps, and our daughter loves it....!!

Didn't suit my baby had to switch back to similac pro advance. He felt constipated

The formula I’m using for my 6months old is sold out everywhere. I found it on My Organic Formula for a reasonable price and ordered just a pack of two to be sure it’s legit.
The shipping was extremely fast (ordered on Sunday and was at my door on Wednesday) and it was well packed.
I’ll definitely order again!
