They took payment then no pet frame or answer me about it. I think it's very badly run business or outright scam.

Do not use this company

Ordered my portrait on29/11/21. Took over a week for the preview to arrive which wasn’t the end of the world. Emailed them on 10/12/21 to ask when my order was due it be despatched as their website says 2-3 days. Had an auto response saying that they were extremely busy due to Black Friday orders, but with no update in my actual order. Have emailed them 6 times since with no response and have now had to purchase another gift for my mum for Christmas!
It’s quite simple, when you’ve taken all the orders you can complete, stop accepting more! I only earn minimum wage and to have to buy another gift just so my mum has something to open in Christmas morning is difficult! Will definitely not recommend this company

NOT HAPPY

UPDATE ....... got refund- thanks but was then contacted by the company a couple of weeks ago offering me a £50 credit note
to spend with them if I changed my review on trustpilot..... I dont think so. I will not change my review........

ordered item 29th Nov 2021 - 18 days later still not received proof to peruse, this is supposed to be for a xmas present - getting beyond a joke - going to try and get refund - the company is a joke

Avoid these like the plague

Avoid these like the plague, ordered mine on the 29th November, took over a week to get my proof which I then couldn't even open, took them days to respond back with a link that worked only to see the proof was nothing like what I asked for, been trying to get a refund from them for over a week now and all communication has now stopped!!

Near future response…

They advertise a speedy 24hour turnaround time to receive your proofs… this is not the case. Have been told it will be with me in the ‘near future’ however long this is?! This is going to be a Christmas gift ruined at this rate

Was only contacted ‘via email’ to be asked to take my review down.. since have been ignored numerous times about delivery, useless.

Been two weeks and still not received a…

Been two weeks and still not received a proof email. I have re confirmed my email address and been told it’s been sent twice, but not in my inbox or spam. After reading the reviews on here, getting worried I wont ever receive my order.

I ordered the watercolour option for my…

I ordered the watercolour option for my dog and got the proof very quickly. I was slightly disappointed with how it looked as the watercolour background was a very dirty looking muddy brown colour and my dog is also brown so just blurred into the muddy background. I rejected the proof and asked for them to place him on a brighter background, the next proof was even darker, the next proof even darker again still! I then was sent four options to pick from, all with brown/black base tones in the background making our dog just not stand out at all. What is disappointing is they claim to hand make every piece when it is clearly an app that is used and they need to use whatever background the app offers, wish I hadn’t ordered from here but got overly excited when I seen advertised on Facebook 🙄 never again and will be going with a better company in future

I ordered a picture but frame was damaged

I ordered a picture, only the frame was all messed up with scratches.
Kindly asked for a replacement, now a month later still notching.
Customer service is really bad, takes ages for a reply and all they reply is ill look it up.
Its the worst customer service ever. Don’t recommend it

Very bad company

Very bad company, we ordered back 2 months ago, they told us they send the package but we recieved nothing. Then they told us they would resend, still the same. I don't expect that we will still get it. DO NOT BUY HERE.

The preview I have received is nice..

The preview I have received is nice... however none of the time frames advertised have been kept to. Long waits for any changes, customer service takes 3 days to reply to you and are not helpful. Delivery times and service received so far are shocking

Dreadful service

Dreadful service, great photos lovely designs but the aftercare is appalling. I paid for a frame it just came rolled up in a battered old box. Disgraceful service. Go into this with care people 😡
