Wasting money and time

We ordered two frames on the 1st of May. We received the samples to review which is great.
Unfortunately we were not satisfied with one frame of our two dogs (the pictures are not ideal and the names/birthdates were wrongly listed). So we added our comments to the link to request some changes. We waited for a few days and didn‘t receive any reply. So we sent a few emails, we wanted to change the photos of this specific frame and asked for confirmation. Today we finally got one response and when we check the samples again this specific frame is still wrong!
We cannot believe they needed one week time to make the little changes in the text but not the picture… We are really disappointed. They seem not to be interested to communicate with us and neither to make the changes we would like to have. We do not recommend this online shop.

Really satisfied

The frame arrived fast. The resemblance is 100%. I am so happy that they could make it! I like the service and I advise it if you would like to have a picture of your pet!

Horrible service

I received my order almost five months ago (8 October 2020). The frame and glass were both broken and the poster itself was not the same colour as the drawing I approved online. I contacted customer service immediately, and they responded to me saying it would be solved right away. However, that did not happen.

Despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, and multiple empty promises from their customer service that I would get a new one and it "would get shipped today", there still has been no solution.

Two months ago, I told them I wanted my money back, because this was getting nowhere, but, as I somewhat expected, they made more promises that I would get my money back but I haven't received anything yet.

It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to contact customer service over 10 times for a problem that is not even my own fault. It's so disappointing and I'm also angry, because now I'm stuck with a frame that I can't hang up and even worse, I paid more than 60 euros for a broken product and horrible customer service.

Be careful when you order from this company! This is not how you treat your customers.

Where is my order?????

Such bad customer service. I ordered two prints on the 9th of January and have not received them. I have contacted the company to enquire where my order is, I got a reply to say it was returned to the company and they would reship it and send me and updated tracking number.i have not been updated to my orders being reshipped or received a tracking number. I am emailing every few days and nothing. €116 spent on two orders and I have recieved nothing. And customer services won't even reply to my emails.
I do not recommend anyone to purchase of MyPetFrame.

Where is my order?

Ordered on the 7th jan, accepted by myself on the 12th jan. it’s now the 25th jan and still not received anything.. every time I email asking where my order is they reply saying that my email has been forwarded to the manager but then I never hear anything else other than that. It’s a very special birthday present!

This company is very unprofessional and…

This company is very unprofessional and the customer service is a joke, I orderd a frame weeks ago in order to receive before Christmas as a present for my mother. I have been sent the wrong frame which means another person is wondering where their frame is. Nobody has been in touch about picking the frame up so assume they don't care. They don't answer to emails and dont even have a phone number to ring!

Terrible

Terrible. Ordered on 20th November (now 21st December), website states 3-5 days to ship.

Nothing received, no response to my latest email asking for a refund and the tracking website hasn’t changed since 11th December. It hasn’t even moved to “Arrived in destination country” yet.

I understand the shipping is out of your hands but if you know there are issues why are you continuing to take orders and advertise?

No responses to customer emails is unacceptable service.

Still no delivery

Still no delivery. Waiting for 2 products! 2 weeks at least.
No answers to my emails.
Tracking link doesn't work.
Strangely, I receive emails from other customers complaining about the customer service....what's that??? You don't have a bad conscience to collect lots of money and not fulfilling the service!!??

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Thanks for your review. We've had contact on email but the tracking link we provided had a temporary outage due to the carrier's website. You're able to track your order on the local carrier's website as we told you in our mail contact. About the customers that were being forwarded to you, it was a mistake of our customer service member. He apologized for this, In times of Covid-19, Black Friday & Christmas, it's super hectic at every delivery service. We, and them, do our best to get you your package on time. Unfortunately we can't guarantee the shipping times at the moment, because of the time of the year. As you know we have already shipped your package, so it really isn't our intention to 'collect money and not fulfill the service'. Every company is a victim of the long shipping times at the moment. I hope you understand, as we really do want you to receive the package on time.

Delivery delays

Ordered on 28th Nov and nothing received by today 15 Dec. I suspect I will not receive in time for Xmas.. Very disappointed
Update 23 Dec. Due to 2 week delay in sending out by my pet frame and now recent shipping issues this won't be received in time for Xmas. 😔

I understand you want to receive your package. During these times of the year its very hard to keep everyone satisfied as the shipping process is not in our hands. At the moment we ship something, its in the hands of the carrier. Thats why it probably takes more time as usual. They are very busy aswell.

I Checked your tracking link and i am seeing that your package should arrive today or tomorrow. As this is the expected delivery date. We really want everyone to receive their packages before christmas, but at the moment, there's nothing more we can do :(

Nice proof image but no product…

Yet to receive my picture despite ordering over two weeks ago. I have emailed twice with no reply and also sent a message on Instagram but no reply there either. They were very quick to take my money but have no interest in providing the actual product. Perhaps this review will mean they actually respond to my emails....
