Poor Customer Service

Inaccurate test results
The results from my test done with PocDoc were all on the high side, I had a test done at my GP and all in normal range. Seemingly very inaccurate in my case.

Dangerous!
I have a finger prick test with my health insurance, it showed my cholesterol at 8. I got one of these kits free through my online pharmacy, result was just over 5. It uploads the results to patients know best so I thought this must be more reliable. Thought wrong, just had bloods tested at doctors and I am 8! Pharmacy even sent another kit which still stated just over 5. These are playing with people’s lives. I can see some large court cases coming up!

All results coming out invalid
This is very frustrating, I've been retesting now on my 4th round, and the results are coming up invalid again. I keep receiving a free kit to be tested again, and it always comes back invalid. There's enough blood, I was literally drowning in water, so pretty much hydrated as they ask for it, and even following all the steps, still coming out invalid. What to do?

Wildly innacurate....
Both my wife and I took poc doc test.
Not the easiest to do but got there eventually.
However 2 weeks later we both had gp cholestorel test with results totally different to poc doc results.I contacted poc doc customer services to discuss and guess what...no reply!
Buyer beware, poc doc kits are expensive and wildly innacurate.So do not rely on its results infact don't waste your money in the first place...go to your GP and avoid this gimmick
