Improper order update on app
After the payment, the screen on the app shows that there was some error. It does not show that order was placed successfully while checking on the email. I found that there is a message about order being confirmed. This creates discrepancy and it is not a good user experience. The app screenshot should show the valid status of the order, whether it is placed or not.

I recently ordered 2.5 kg x 2 =5kd date…
I recently ordered 2.5 kg x 2 =5kd date flavoured protien on sale. i recieved product that was about to expire in 4 months and it will take more than 4 months to finish both packets , i raised the issue with customer support . Jamie and Nonkanyiso from my protien customer support team understood my problem and intiated refund for one of the 2.5 kg packets.
The product is great, so is their customer support

Customer service was not as good as I…
Customer service was not as good as I expected. I wanted to make an amendment in my order which was not possible so I asked them to cancel my order and tell me what is the time limit for the refund but before answering the refund details, the customer support cancelled my order.
