We used the pirate game for our staff Christmas party. We printed off five copies of the game and had five teams of 4 to 7 people. Each team would be given the same puzzle at the same time and whichever team solved it first would stand up and shout”ahoy”. If they were right they would receive a padlock and explain the solution to the other groups. The team with the most padlocks after puzzle ten was the winner. A Wrong guess got a step down the plank. They enjoyed it, and it was easy to prepare.
The game was well thought out and designed, and the stages were challenging enough to keep us on our toes but not too tough or over-complicated to make us frustrated
The puzzles were challenging and fun! It was a great way to spend an evening with friends. I’m very impressed with the quality for the price.
Fantastic puzzles that were easily transformed into something a little more 3D! Most were fairly easy, but a couple were even challenging for me as an adult.

-Ease of setup
-Scenario was coherent and fun
-Scenario was able to be played effectively, not too challenging but not easy either. Perfect fit for our usage.

I used the Lost Camp escape room with our youth group (11-18s). Everyone had great fun getting involved. Rather than give them all the envelopes and hints on their tables (as I thought some might just open them all!), I kept the sets for each group so they had to come and tell me what they thought the next code was - this worked well. The materials were such good quality - having the 3d elements made it look great - and the puzzles all at a good level. Thanks so much!

There was lots of different games to choose from and the checkout was easy. The game was perfect for what I was looking for for a group of young players. The follow through from this company was very good.

The whole family enjoyed the Defuse the Bomb escape room (ages 9-74). The materials were high quality and the theme was exciting. This was our fifth escape room from Mystery Locks and one of our favorites .

I bought the "down the rabbit" enigma and TWO OF THE CHALLEGUES ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT. THE DOORS (the selected figures are not well pointed specially of te clock tonges) and the other are the pointed dots, supposed to be a 5. but is very hard to see it, must be more lined.

I contacted MysteryLocks while searching for a corporate team-building activity. Their games are incredibly fun, with unique designs and thoughtfully crafted puzzles.
What stood out even more was the exceptional support I received. Robert went above and beyond to help us choose games that matched our specific needs and constraints. He also provided valuable suggestions on how to organize the experience for a large group using physical props.

This was my second purchase and my grandson enjoyed both of them! The Independence Day one took more prep time than the Christmas one I purchased but I’ll use it with other grandchildren so it was well worth it!

Printing & Setup:
The files for the escape room were set up nicely. They printed well and were labeled easily for folding, glueing, and whatnot.
I used a bone folder for folding, which helped with getting clean and even folds.
The instructions for setup were clear.
Gameplay:
The puzzles were fun and well thought out. Everything played super smoothly and all in all it was a fun experience.

Our 9-year-olds' birthday party was a blast using the Pirate's Adventure! They kids ranged in age from six to ten years old. They broke up into two teams, and they were focused for two hours straight trying to solve it. They did need some hints, but everyone wanted to do another escape room party again at the end.

I have a annual party in July that I do different themes. This year is escape room. As, I looked up information on it I ran into MysteryLocks. I had three rooms I was trying to work out summer themes for and they had "The Lost Camp" and "4th of July" themes. In the end, I have six of their themes and everyone can't wait to see it all in July

Mystery Locks has absolutely knocked it out of the park! We introduced our first printable escape room puzzle on Easter Sunday, and it was a massive hit. The puzzles are brilliantly designed and incredibly engaging. My kids, aged 12 and 10, were completely lost in the magic and intrigue for a full hour! It was fantastic to see them working together, their minds buzzing as they deciphered each clue. If you're looking for a fun, challenging, and memorable activity for your family, look no further than Mystery Locks. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
