I had gotten the tactical sling an I love it. Very durable and it looks great. I also received a knife sharpener and a tactical light it's very bright.
I didn't know that there was a membership fee just thought it was shipping and handling fee. But overall I love the items I received before I cancelled my membership.

ÚI made several orders on the 3rd of this month and for to be exactly the gold coins are good but surprise gift one was nice the other one was cheaply made I'm still waiting on one package to be shipped since the 3rd not very happy probably won't order again🤬😡😠 not to mention I paid for immediate shipping on this package I'm waiting on and they said they were going to refund my money but i still have not received it 😡

If there was a lower number I would give it. I ordered 2 First Aid Kits as Christmas gifts. They did not arrival until after Christmas. I wanted to return then for full refund.
I could not even find the website to return the items.
I requested info on how to return. What i got back was since I did not CANCEL they would not give me refund. I told them I ALREADY had the order so how could I cancel.
I then filed a dispute with my credit card. Next email said since I already filed a dispute they would not do anything until dispute was settled.
This was in 3 emails. I ask for a Return Code and Shipping Address. Finally i got a return label. Since I already DIDN'T trust this company i used a USPS label.
I sent a email to them with orders #s and Tracking number.
Today I get a letter from my credit card dispute center saying...they will not give me my $99.90 and my $99.90 since I did not use THEIR return label.
That in in the policy for Returning packages.Now how would I know that since I can't even get to the webpage. When I tried I got to the place called Just Answer
You have to pay when you go there.
January 6 asked for refund. January 12 package was Delivered through USPS.
If I used the wrong label WHY DID THEY
EXCEPT IT!!!
I checked with the BBB and from their website they said 54 complaints in last year were in for mostly the same thing.
Trustpiolet has helped me in the past. How could I know what return policy is when I cant even get to webpage. Also they did not tell me when they sent the return label I HAD to use this label.
I will never order from this place. I personally feel like I was scammed.
We live on a fixed income and what was to be a Christmas gift not arrived and I used other food money for gifts.
What a ripe off. Beware when ordering from any company who has USA address but is really from overseas.
UPDATE...
After MyTacticalPromos told my credit card dispute that I did not used THEIR Shipping label and refused to refund me my money. That company sends me an email saying "I could use any label I wanted and they NEVER said the would not give me a refund.
I call the credit card and telll them about the messages. I even asked Are they allowed to lie to you??
The customer service worker never heard of anything like that before. She had to give it to her Supervisor.
Well this afternoon I get email from Mytacticalpromos saying they are giving me my FULL refund.
Just BEWARE that if this company can try to lie in credit card dispute who knows how many others they have tried to do it too. BEWARE

I had an issue with my order so I sent an email to mytacticalpromos.com a they responded promptly and took care of the issue. I would not have any problems with ordering from their website again.

I had a problem placing an order. It seemed to duplicate the order. I contacted my tactical promos via email. And they took care of it and canceled the orders as I asked it was fantastic, will will be placing more orders with My tactical promos , thank you again so much sincerely stuart mcfarland

Gave them another opportunity to prove the were a light company and they failed miserably. Ordered military watch which was to come with a "Mystery Box" valued at $150 this was printed on the order confirmation. Received the watch which was a cheap plastic watch made in Japan the looked like it came out if a Cracker Jack Box and guess what ? No Mystery Box valued at $150 rather a flimsy key chain pliers . Total crap. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. Buyer beware. 🔥

I asked to cancel my order. And you added more to me my order. Please just cancel the whole thing.

I was concerned whether or not my order went thru, and after leaving a message I received a follow up email from support with a confirmation number that my order was placed and being filled and ready to be shipped

Overall satisfied with this service. Only canceling due to cutting back on expenses.

They start charging you a recurring charge of $47 after you receive any promo item for but they do not at all properly inform you of this until you notice the charges on your bank statement.

The customer service representative was excellent. While I still have to wait for delivery I am sure that the
merchandise will arrive as promised. The rep even called and emailed me to keep up communications.
