Overall

Overall, my experience with MyTickets.ae was quite satisfactory. The booking process was smooth, and I found the platform user-friendly. However, one small hiccup was that I was charged in Emirati Dirham instead of Saudi Riyal, which was a bit unexpected. While this didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it would have been preferable to be charged in the currency of my own country. Despite this, I would still recommend MyTickets for their efficient service and hassle-free booking process

I purchased a ticket

I purchased a ticket, but the surprise was that the status was pending issuance and not confirmed, after a while they asked me for a surcharge payment, and I paid again, but the status was still pending. My flight is after less than 5 hours, and the ticket issuance is still pending. I need to know if it's confirmed or canceled, pending with a ticket less than 5 hours should not be an option. After 30 minutes of contacting support, my ticket was issued.

After payment service didn’t issue tickets and denied to cancel the payment. UNDER NO Circumstance DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. And it is not a UAE based service, they take payments to Estonia.

Don't pay attention at bad reviews

After reading the reviews about this provider,i was afraid that my ticket is fake becouse i bought it at a cheap price, but it wasn't and i reached the destination.
Mytichets.ae provide best prices and good services! Call center also is helpfull and available but long waiting time untill they answer.
Don't pay attention at bad reviews becouse people write only about bad experience!

Never book ticket from this website

Never book ticket from this website, I booked a ticket for tomorrow spend 3 hours waiting for ticket then I received an email saying it is cancelled due to cost changes. What??? You have already taken money from my card and now you are saying cost is changed ?? I have to fly tomorrow and the refund will take 24 hours. Customer service will not transfer your call to manager or give any solution. they will just repeat the same script again and again. Now how I will book my ticket for tomorrow?

We have booked tickets from Dubai to…Jeddah

We have booked tickets from Dubai to Jeddah on the 20th of Apr 2024. Due to the recent unprecedented situation we could not travel and therefore requested them to consider a refund taking into the critical situaiton.

The response received from them was rather naive and a blunt refusal without any consideration and simply pointing to a policy.

If you intend to be a quality provider then such exceptional situations are something to consider and act upon.

When we process all requests for ticket refunds, our agency, in accordance with the agreement with the airline, must be guided by the fare rules that regulate penalties for the refund procedure.
If you would like to familiarize yourself with the tariff rules that apply to your order, you can do this right now, in your personal account, by clicking on the “Fare Rules” section. In your case, according to the airline's fare rules, when canceling a ticket, it is possible to get a refund only for some unused airport fees and taxes. The ticket fare and payment system surcharge are non-refundable. Our agency's service fee for processing the request, and the payment system markup charged for the initial payment is also non-refundable. Having applied these fines, the refund amount exceeded the service fee of our agency. According to the airline's fare rules, your tickets are non-refundable.

Billing Issue

I recently booked the ticket for DXB BOM - BOM DXB through MyTickets for Vistara Airlines, payment done for the same however the ticket never got issued, got a message from My Tickets that its been cancelled they have unlocked the money. When inquired the lady said that the funds have been unlocked and will reflect on my card in the next 24 hours and now i can book a new ticket. This is so inconvenient that i have to book a fresh ticket and again make a new payment when my old payment is not refunded.
My question is why cant you give a Credit note as an option to book the tickets or send the refund asap as while booking the funds literally take 30 sec to get debited then why can they be refunded in the same time frame.

Booking ID MPZQUM35-Inhuman behavior by customer care

They should rename the customer care deptt as customer harassing deptt. Almost a month before our travel date my husband suffered a major heart attack and was admitted in ICU. We sent mails, sent all required documents (discharge summary and doctor's certificate) for cacellation and refund of tickets but the company decided to give us back a shameful sum of Aed 78 for the tickets which cost us close to Aed3000. We pleaded for transfer to some other person, they replied it was against their policy. We asked for change of dates atleast, they demanded sn additional Aed1867 for the same. Shame on the company for being so insensitive towards a genuine plea. Is this called customer care. I swear I'll never book tickets with this company ever again who have no compassion for its customers in their difficult time. Fear god, is the least I can say.

After receiving their deliberately polite and political reply it is obvious that there are no humans working at 'my tickets', only machines because humans have compassion. If they have slightest decency they should refund our tickets totally as the reason couldn't be more genuine and heart rending. They did not even mention in the reply about the huge sum they asked for changing the dates. They asked for Aed1869 vs any other decent company that asks for just aed 200/ ticket. The company is clearly fraud and is up to cheating its customers by hook or by crook.

We process all requests, such as making changes to tickets or returning tickets, exclusively in accordance with the tariff rules established by the airline.
Forced return due to illness of a passenger is prohibited by the airline.
Also, the amount to be returned was calculated for you correctly and without violations. We are not interested in cheating our customers. Also, we always work honestly and transparently.
When processing all requests for ticket refunds, our agency, in accordance with the agreement with the airline, must be guided by the fare rules that regulate penalties for the refund procedure.
If you want to familiarize yourself with the tariff rules that apply to your order, you can do this right now, in your personal account, by clicking on the “Fare Rules” section. Having applied the fines set by the airline, the refund amount was 78 AED. Unfortunately, the airline does not allow you to return an amount greater than that which was previously offered to you at the time of processing the refund application.

Wrost Experience with Unreliable Booking

I ve paid the full amount. Initially, their support assured you that your ticket would be confirmed within 12 hours. However, after waiting for 3 hours and checking back, they informed you that the airline had canceled your ticket. Additionally, it's been over 6 hours, and i haven't received a refund yet. This situation certainly calls for a review reflecting the lack of reliable communication and efficient handling of your booking and refund process.

Unfortunately, at the time the tickets were issued, we did not receive confirmation from the airline about the availability of seats for the flight and booking class you were interested in. For this reason, we had to cancel your order and give you a full refund, as the service was not provided.

We have already sent a letter to the buyer’s email address with a document stating that our agency does not claim your money. Our company has not debited any money from you.

Please contact your bank's Help Desk with this file and check the status of the transaction. With this confirmation from us, the bank will be able to unblock the transaction and return the money back to your account.

Worst experience ever

I used this website first time

I used this website first time . As I am a regular traveler and I have to go to my country for my rotation after each month . As due to Muslims occasion "Eid" I could not find cheap flight then I went to WEGO and found my ticket.com and purchased ticket . They said It will take 3 hours but after 5 hours I did not recieved tickets got worried and approached to them via live chat. They replied to wait. I checked the reviews then and a lot of negative review were there and that made me more sad. I also approached to WEGO and they assured me that website is legit and I don't have to worry . Now after almost 7 hours I got my tickets in Gmail from my ticket.com. although I have to waited a lot and was frustrated but the end result is positive so far. I will sure proffered this website in future to get cheap tickets. Just want to add that they must used robotic system to purchase tickets in short time . So guys some time due to negative comments we make our mind about the company or person accordingly but its not good. I hope my tickets will not be cancelled now as I read out the comments here that agency cancelled the tickets normally . Once again thanks myticket.com.

This is a honest Review. So checked for a flight and it was cheaper than other websites so i continued with the purchase after being suspicious i starting reading reviews which really made me scared that I was being scammed.

Lucky I gave my self hope and just had to give them a chance but sadly the ticket i purchased the original price had went up so they had to cancel my booking and they refunded back my money same day.

Please guys sometimes don't read the negativity cause it won't help. Follow the right procedure to be helped out.
