I wish I read the previous reviews before purchasing our tickets. I always like to give a company the benefit of the doubt when reading reviews but unfortunately the reviews for this company speaks VOLUMES.
We purchased return flights to Dubai from Dublin, the company changed my partners last name and middle about and we did not realise. When checking in at the airport is when we first found this out, the airline was unable to change the name at the desk due it being booked through a third party, we called the company and they told us it was to late to change his name and nothing they could do (very rude and very unhelpful both at the same time). We ended up having to buy him a new ticket FOR THE NEXT DAY because it was to late to purchase for the flight we were meant to be on. Due to funds, I had to go on without him and wait for him in Dubai. This was the most devasting start to a once in a lifetime holiday. When we got to Dubai, we contacted the company to change my partners name for the flight home but got told his flight home was cancelled for him as he didn't get on the first flight... Again, would not listen to what we had to say or even try to fix the situation. We ended up having to pay £1400 EXTRA to get my partner there and back. Raised a complaint when we returned home and of course they didn't want to know about it, wouldn't respond to my emails or even try to look into it. I raised a dispute with my bank for them to look into this and they found the company at fault and thankfully refunded us the money back for my partners original flights which wasn't even half of what we ended up having to pay in the end. I am just glad they don't have the money for it anymore. Of course, now the company won't stop emailing me trying to make heads or tails of what they done wrong and threatening me for doing this with the bank.
This company was cheaper than others when we were booking our flights, so of course went with them, giving them the benefit of the doubt. But honestly, if you can learn anything from this, it is to always book directly with the airline, the stress and upset we were caused was heart-breaking. This is a scam of a company and don't deserve to be operating.

Request no: Request 14027203 Horrible horrible experience. I was given misleading information while booking this flight that it is in Air Astana airlines. The issued ticket showed Air Astana and the Mytickets.ae website also showed Air Astana in my booking even now. When I couldn't find details of the PNR on Air Astana, I contacted Air Astana customer care and to my shock, they told that there is no such flight with Air Astana. When I contacted mytickets.ae, they apologized on chat and admitted they gave me wrong ticket which actually belongs to FlyArystan. But the PNR didn't even work on FlyArystan website and neither did I want to travel with that airlines. When their customer support coudn't help me with the issues 5-6 hours before the departure too, I had to book another flight and raised a refund request which to my shock, MYTICKETS CLOSED WITHOUT ANY REASON!!!!!
I raised another request on 21 April and it is open till today after one month. When i contact their chat they say airlines reply is awaited which is completely nonsensical as this is a mistake from mytickets side and their chat support also admitted that and no airlines response is required for my refund. Hoping the issue will be resolved after i post here.

The booking process is complex. The amount mentioned is not final,you feel trapped when the amount is withdrawn from your account. The response and the issuance of the ticket is confusing,I got the mail in my junk and it doesn't include the reference until I contacted them. Generally, it wasn't pleasant experience though at the end I got the ticket confirmed.

Don’t book on this website ever.
First, they have an option to book your tickets using Mastercard credit card with no extra fees, or you have to pay around 200aed per traveler if you use another card. Guess what! It will never process the payment by Mastercard.
So then, after you pay. You get an email that prices have increased and you have to pay supercharge “increase in the price” to issue the ticket.
This is a scam and waste of time

Overall, my experience with MyTickets.ae was quite satisfactory. The booking process was smooth, and I found the platform user-friendly. However, one small hiccup was that I was charged in Emirati Dirham instead of Saudi Riyal, which was a bit unexpected. While this didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it would have been preferable to be charged in the currency of my own country. I purchased a ticket, but the surprise was that the status was pending issuance and not confirmed, after a while they asked me for a surcharge payment, and I paid again, but the status was still pending. My flight is after less than 5 hours, and the ticket issuance is still pending. I need to know if it's confirmed or canceled, pending with a ticket less than 5 hours should not be an option. After 30 minutes of contacting support, my ticket was issued.

After reading the reviews about this provider,i was afraid that my ticket is fake becouse i bought it at a cheap price, but it wasn't and i reached the destination.
Mytichets.ae provide best prices and good services! Call center also is helpfull and available but long waiting time untill they answer.
Don't pay attention at bad reviews becouse people write only about bad experience!

Never book ticket from this website, I booked a ticket for tomorrow spend 3 hours waiting for ticket then I received an email saying it is cancelled due to cost changes. What??? You have already taken money from my card and now you are saying cost is changed ?? I have to fly tomorrow and the refund will take 24 hours. Customer service will not transfer your call to manager or give any solution. they will just repeat the same script again and again. Now how I will book my ticket for tomorrow?

We have booked tickets from Dubai to Jeddah on the 20th of Apr 2024. Due to the recent unprecedented situation we could not travel and therefore requested them to consider a refund taking into the critical situaiton.
The response received from them was rather naive and a blunt refusal without any consideration and simply pointing to a policy.
If you intend to be a quality provider then such exceptional situations are something to consider and act upon.

I recently booked the ticket for DXB BOM - BOM DXB through MyTickets for Vistara Airlines, payment done for the same however the ticket never got issued, got a message from My Tickets that its been cancelled they have unlocked the money. When inquired the lady said that the funds have been unlocked and will reflect on my card in the next 24 hours and now i can book a new ticket. This is so inconvenient that i have to book a fresh ticket and again make a new payment when my old payment is not refunded.
My question is why cant you give a Credit note as an option to book the tickets or send the refund asap as while booking the funds literally take 30 sec to get debited then why can they be refunded in the same time frame.
