We couldn’t be happier with Naked Dog, both in terms of the quality of their foods and the support they provide to their stockists.
The quality of the food is fantastic, with top quality ingredients, lots of variety and flavours for all ages, great attention to detail and neat tidy packaging that is both practical well presented and fully recyclable. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into their products, and it’s a brand we are genuinely proud to stock at our daycare. Our 17 month Labrador absolutely loves his raw meals from Naked dog he has such a variety of choice and it’s been the best thing for him in terms of his growth, strength development and muscle mass. Our older Labrador has their fresh meals and he absolutely loves them. They both have the naked dog treats as they are 100% natural. They particularly love the venison strips!
On a separate note to the food itself what really makes Naked Dog stand out, is the people. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly knowledgable and very approachable. They always go above and beyond to support their stockists 😊 They offer a fantastic range of guidance, advice and resources, making you feel like you’re part of a team rather than simply another supplier. They have a fantastic loyalty scheme on their raw foods too.
Ordering is straightforward and hassle-free, and the leaflets and supporting literature are detailed, informative and thorough when helping my customers understand the products best suited for their dogs.
A special mention must go to Ella in their marketing team, she is kind, welcoming, supportive and wants to see small business’ and stockists succeed with naked dog products, she invests a lot of time providing support and she really does make you feel like part of the naked dog team. Ella genuinely cares and values naked dog and maintaining their high reputation aswell as looking after their stockists 😊.
Louise the area manager, has also been incredibly helpful and kind. She takes the time to personally reach out to new stockists, provides up to date information on new products and makes sure you have the support and relevant information you need to get started. Knowing there’s always someone at the end of the phone if you need advice or assistance makes such a difference.
We are delighted to be part of the Naked Dog team and use their products for our two boys - fantastic products and fantastic people we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! ☺️

Great Service
Staff so helpfull, always ready to accommodate any changes in my subscription etc. They keep me informed regarding dispatch, then DPD keep me informed re delivery with a 1 hour timespan.
My 2 dogs also really enjoy their Naked Dog food and assortment of treats etc. Both dogs look really good on their nourishing food too.
Top marks all round !!!

Arrived promptly but to the wrong…
Arrived promptly but to the wrong address hence the 3 stars, i have a broken wrist at the present time which is why i ordered on line delivery.
Sadly the order ended up with another address and i had to arrange for a friend to go and collect it.
Apart from that the food is fantastic.

Great quality raw food, chunky meat, that my dogs love.
Easy to use website and quick delivery.
Only negative -need more ice packs in delivery boxes.
Definitely would recommend.

Suitable even for dogs with delicate tummy
My dogs love the food. There is a good variety of food and plenty to choose from even for dogs with digestive problems. My older spaniel with recurrent pancreatitis is doing much better since we've switched to Naked Dog. I can select low fat meats for her which is great.
The ordered food arrives in a box with insulation so it doesn't get spoiled on the way. All in all very happy.

I have been ordering online now for the last 2 months. I have only had 1 incident where my order didn’t arrive and the customer service team responded swiftly and sent a replacement straight away.
My dogs loves his food and always licks his bowl clean, this being from a fussy eater previously. I would highly recommend the food to any dog lovers.

We tried Naked Dog for the first time…
We tried Naked Dog for the first time recently and have been really impressed. Both of our dogs absolutely loved it! The quality is excellent and we also really like the way the food comes in two individual tubs rather than one larger pack, it makes storing and serving it really easy. Our communication with Ella has also been lovely. She’s been incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Really pleased with it so far and we’ll absolutely be trying more of the recipes. Highly recommend 🐾

I have been ordering Naked dog for a while and it suits my 2Westies who have different requirements.
Recently had an uncharacteristic problem with a delivery over bank holiday weekend. I think the issue was with the delivery company. Spoke to customer help on the phone - a novel experience these days! They had my food delivered in less than 24 hours ! 2 very happy Westies !! Thanks Naked dog

The dogs love it and it is well digested.
I am happy with the product and I like there are so many different varieties. People comment on how healthy they look. And how shiny their coats are.
The delivery is good and comes before I run out.
I would give 5 stars except I am conscience of how many plastic boxes are being produced even if they are recyclable.
Would it be possible for them to be returned to you and then you reuse them. It may be expensive but we have to try and reduce the amount of plastics that are being produced.

Our tubs are designed to make storing, defrosting and serving raw food as convenient and mess-free as possible, whilst keeping everything securely contained during delivery. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and the strict hygiene standards we must maintain, we're unable to accept returned tubs for reuse. However, our tubs are recyclable, and we always encourage customers to recycle them wherever possible.

I had an problem with my delivery. I contacted Naked Dog Food to advise them of my issue. It was dealt with in a professional manner and the issue was resolved efficiently by Ella. Not only does my puppy love this food, their customer service is excellent.
