When we arrived one of the staff was…
When we arrived one of the staff was very rude when we tried to use the bathroom. This after paying 42 dollars for 2 hours of rental.
When we returned for our bags another staff member was rude when we inquired about receiving our bags.
After all that one of the bags was soaked in water that had been in the floor. Fortunately nothing inside was damaged.
One plus, the young man who attended us was very helpful and polite.

Great experience, easy process
Great experience storing my suitcase here. The staff are very nice and they process was very easy at drop off and pick up. Luggage was tagged and locked in secure cabinet which I liked. Will use this location again.
