The entire team at National Floors Direct were very friendly, professional and willing to help in any way that they could through the whole process. The installation was done efficiently and with the highest attention to detail. The floors came out beautiful!!! I have more work for them in the future and cannot recommend them enough. National Floors Direct was the best choice that I ever made concerning the upgrades to my home.

Floors Direct was the most efficient and effective service we ever used. JJ listened to us and quickly zoned into the answer. A day later we had a quite reasonable estimate and a week later 900 sq ft perfectly done. The best part was the professionalism and competence of the tile workers!?

I was renovating the entire upstairs on a limited budget. Salesman was courteous and professional and worked within my means with financing available. Installers were on time and worked hard, they did a great job. They took the old carpet with them for disposal. The entire process was well beyond my expectation. It was a pleasure working with national Floors Direct. Customer service was patient welcoming and listen to what my needs were assigned me a representative according to flooring needs. The representative was on time friendly and knowledgeable. Working within my budget was a plus. The staff that came to install the floors were on time polite and very clean and organized. I had two bedrooms done and a foyer and it was all within one day. They not only took the larger Furniture items out of the room they also put them back. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct for anyone looking for new flooring for their home. The floors look amazing, the Price was within budget and the staff we easy to work with.

The entire experience was awful. It took a lot longer than they said it would and the team consisted of one man. Customer service has been of no help. The quality of the flooring and the quality of the work is so bad and when I contacted customer service to resolve was told I would have to pay to have it fixed. Would not recommend this co.
You do not stand behind your product. It has been less than six months since we had our install and we had someone come out and look at it. They said a lot of it neeeds to be ripped up and redone and you want me to pay for that. That is ridiculous. If you stood behind your product and your sale pitch you would have fixed the problem without hesitation and been apologetic
I don’t appreciate being called a liar and it has not been that long. Also if you backed your product you would resolve the issue. Nothing I did caused the issues that we had with our flooring I could see if we caused the issue we would have to pay to fix/replace it but that is not the case. Which stands you do not back your product. So what you are saying is g the floor will last less than a year and that’s ok with the co?

I had a great experience with National Floors Direct from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy. The installation was completed on time, and I’m very happy with the quality of my new floors. Should’ve known better than to go with this company, the salesman was a used car salesman! He gave information that he then had to call and check up on and it turned out many times that he had wrong information or inaccurate information. He did anything to make a sale, which is fine except for when it came to the actual installation date. Only half of the installation team arrived, as after calling to find out where the rest of the team was, one of the installers was out sick, leaving me in a lurch. Nothing would be done for me except for waiting for the next business day in hopes that he would be available to come and finish my flooring, despite the salesperson promising, it would take less than one entire day. After chasing people around this experience has been God awful. I do not recommend this company at all. They are used car salesman, with a shotty product and even shorter employees both service installation and salesman. Save yourself the heartache and aggravation and avoid this place!

Received my email confirmation for my scheduled delivery for carpet installation (7:30am - 12noon), no one ever showed after more than several calls to both the company and the salesperson, it is now after 12noon someone finally calls me back to say the installer called out today
I guess they only have 1 installer in their very large company

They removed and cleaned everything they brought in. Very fast and efficient. Very nice.

Sales person fast direct to what I wanted and very efficient. Installer right on time did what he had to do and left no complaints.

Their staff showed up on time. They had all the laminate flooring ready. They had a good attitude and worked as a team of two. They finish putting down the floor in a timely manner .They cleaned up when done .

I purchased carpet from NFD and after 2 months the carpet was showing signs of wearing. I notified them and they sent someone out to look at the carpet and confirmed it was in fact wearing. After I contacted the Better Business Bureau, they agreed to replace the carpet if I remove my complaint. Then they decided not to replace it because I took too long to get back with them for a date to replace the carpet. I now have to replace the carpet at my cost and still have to pay the finance company $3,200.

Perhaps I should add more information since NFD feel the need to reply with lies.

I was asked to have the carpet professionally cleaned in order to determine if the carpet was defective. I replied that that the carpet was new and having it cleaned made no sense, not to mention that the estimates for cleaning the carpet was $600.00. On July 9th I had a call from Alex at NFD that if I remove my complaint with the BBB they will replace the carpet. However, they were going to replace it with the same brand. Although I thought using the same brand did not make sense, I informed Alex that I will call him back with a date because I was experiencing health issues that I had to address. I called Alex back on July 14th to schedule a date to replace the carpet and he informed me that the offer was "Off the Table" because I had 3 days to respond. This is not true.

Most telephone calls are recorded, and if my calls were recorded it will prove that NFD are not being truthful about what transpired.

In addition, Alex informed me that they had all the information required and cleaning the carpet was no longer required.

I was promised an Amazon gift card if I filled out a favorable review from our floor installation.
I did that and was awaiting the card. It did not come so I contacted the appropriate department and it was taken care of in about 3 days.

Great experience from the consultation to the install completion.
