We recently had new flooring installed, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The installation was done professionally, neatly, and with great attention to detail. The crew worked efficiently, kept everything clean throughout the process, and made sure the finished floors looked perfect.

What really stood out was the care they took with our home all of the furniture was carefully moved and put back exactly where it belonged once the job was completed. The final result exceeded our expectations, and the new floors look amazing.

e recently had new flooring installed by National Floors Direct and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales process was straightforward, the team answered all our questions without any pressure, and scheduling was quick and convenient.
The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of the flooring looks amazing and completely transformed our home. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving, which we really appreciated.

Our bedroom carpet was professionally installed and the men were polite professional and experienced! They completed the install in a timely manner.

It was a very good process from meeting with Dak too the two gentlemen that layed the floor. Very professional very pleasant. I just love the new floor, the quality the flooring the upgrade to our room is just beautiful.

I am so happy with my floors that I got from National Floors Direct ! They are beautiful. Everything was so easy, I called, they sent a person to my house with samples of beautiful flooring. I picked luxury vinyl planks . We set up the time I wanted for the install and they look amazing!!! I couldn't be happier. Thank you National Floors Direct for making this such an easy process. This company is bad for business they reschedule our services three times and when they supposed to come out Saturday we took everything out of the bathroom no one never came or called so we called they said someone scheduled it for Tuesday they said no refund do not do business with this place this place is bad business National Florida Direct you can't talk to no one but customer service I wouldn't recommend this business at all DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY YOU ONLY TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE .THEY DONT HAVE AN OFFICE THAT YOU CAN WALK IN AND ITS AN OUT OF TOWN PHONE NUMBER.

I could not be happier with national floors direct, from the moment I filled out the information online I was called that night to set up an appointment. The salesman Gene came out the very next day and measured my rooms and went over samples with me there were many options ( brands and colors). Gene went over pricing with me and once I decided what carpets I wanted he called his warehouse to see if they had it in stock and scheduled the installation on the spot. The installation was scheduled for less than a week out which is incredible. The fay of the appointment I recieved and email with a 4 hour window when they would arrive and the installers were prompt two men showed up and went right to work removing my old flooring and installing my new they cleaned up and took the old stuff with them. I could not be happier with the out come. I would use this company again in the future.

Outstanding company with very professional installer and and very knowledgeable sales staff.

We did our homework and had other quotes, so I was confident the price we agreed upon was the best possible price. When you use them, it comes with a warranty on both the product and install which is something you are not going to get if you do it yourself. You can't go wrong which is why this is our second time using National Floors Direct, and won't be our last.

The convenience of having the Sales Rep come to me with samples was wonderful. The expertise and knowledge of the installers was amazing.

Prompt service and easy installation

The appointment for my carpet was quick. The salesman gave me different options. The installation was quick. My carpet could have been installed the next day but I wasn’t available that day so it was two days later. The installer cleaned up after the installation. He moved my furniture. The best part is it looks great!

I'm so pleased with the work that they done , they made me very happy. They took their time, they were not in a hurry and they done a outstanding job .Excellent Excellent Excellent, and the prices was A blessing.
