I have booked the slot for 8-12.30 and…
I have booked the slot for 8-12.30 and need to go to work in the afternoon but no one turn up between those hours and no call to inform me either.
After call the customer service 3 time and frost two time they said someone will call you back and no one did, finally called and complained and they get some to me by around 3pm for 15 mints job.
Absolutely disappointed with the service and respect for customer and people who arrange time around the promised timed.

Efficient friendly service
Owing to adverse weather, windscreen unable to be replaced outside home address. Phoned company and they managed to fit in an appointment for the following day at their premises. Couldn’t wait as MOT due. Windscreen replaced efficiently. Very happy with the service.

Divided feelings.
Absolutely nothing wrong with the repair at Aldershot, or with the staff member involved. My problem was the attitude of customer service/ complaints depts. when dealing with my request for a meeting halfway on costs on excess payment.
