Booked a home repair
Booked a home repair - technician phoned ahead to confirm he was unable to replace windscreen due to weather - online agent coordinated with local base and technician to meet at a centre and get it replaced in one of their locations - all within 30mins - great agility to meet the customer expectation and complete a job! Rear door window replaced very efficiently.
The windscreen technician arrived promptly, explained what the process involved and went about his work in a proficient and professional manner. On completion all trace of broken glass had been removed both from my car and surrounding area. Excellent service in my view.
