Easy booking experience and great service in that the fitter called before to tell me of his eta. Did an efficient fast and tidy job of windscreen replacement . People make all the difference to these big businesses.

Constructive criticism:
1. When I applied online for the 2 cracks there was no way to let you know my windscreen already had 2 repairs. A 3rd stone hit my car. I emailed as the only updates possible on your system is to cancel or change location. A man arrived and had to re-book as it needed a change not a repair.
2. The 1st visit was booked as either morning or afternoon. The second was "any time of day"and I was unable to make a choice. When you teach in a classroom, you cannot leave a class unattended. it made it stressful.
For both visits: your guys were pleasant and engaging.

Replacement windscreen
Windscreen was fitted at the reserved time. Great workmanship and very quickly done. Thank you. Unit was very difficult to find on the industrial park. So many outlets and not particularly well signposted. Asked several people but nobody knew where Unit was located.

They don’t have Canopies for wet…
They don’t have Canopies for wet weather so you could be waiting a very long time to get windscreen replaced in wet season unless you provide your own I suppose
