Great Service and Lovely People
From the point I booked customer service reached out to see if I was happy with my booking date, talked me through how things would work on the day, and were so lovely on the phone. Then on the day my technician reached out ahead of time to let me know a rough arrival time and once arrived were friendly, professional and reassuring. Honestly from start to finish I had a great experience and would 100% recommend them to others.

I thought the customer service was…poor
I thought the customer service was poor, when i arrived to pick up my vehicle the person just shouted through the office window WHAT CAR to which i had to shout back.
They then just came out and handed me the keys without saying where the car was, i looked on the way in and didn't see my car so they just said its on the stones and turned and walked off.
I will also need to return as the rear view mirror casing is falling off.
So sorry but not good customer service.

Caused damage and denied it
My van was in for a replacement windscreen. After fitting i noticed damage to my paint work around the windscreen. I highlighted this and they denied it was their fitter who had damaged it. The area the damage was in would be very very unlikely to get damaged. The paint was fresh underneath where they had caused the damage. I am deeply frustrated and very disappointed with the level of service.
