Quick repairs
Came out to my address the next day after I called regarding a smashed rear window, fella was very polite and had the job done super quick, gave me good advice for the aftercare and I was back on the road again

Not done the whole job properly
Windscreen wipers not re-alligned so had to travel 35 minutes back to get that fixed and then only to find out that the rain sensor has not been recalibrated to the new windscreen this so isn't working as it should. I have been informed that it needs a star machine to do this. Not very happy. Majority of modern cars have specific requirements and the job is not just to replace the windscreen any more.

The technicians kept in touch to let me know their estimated time for my windscreen replacement.
They were well mannered and very tidy in appearance and careful in regards to the car and the area they were working in.
