Rude staff and seemed like the job was inconvenient
Didn't get my car fixed at my first initial appointment time due to the weather, when trying to discuss this with staff, they kept asking me to drive it to them, which was over 30 minutes away with no back window and nothing to cover it with either and they were very rude, apart from one lady who was very nice. It took 2 weeks to get my window replaced in the end and it was my brother who was in when they arrived and he said that it was like the job was a huge inconvenience for the man and it seemed he was trying to avoid doing it. No rain present, but continously on about how it could rain and he wouldn't be doing it. Took over a week before someone came to wrap the back, so the rain, wind etc couldn't get into my car, but it was too late and my back seats were already damp/mouldy, from being exposed for so long without someone coming to do something. Very disappointing service and they need to train their staff on how to talk to people.

from the first phone call the guy handled everything very professionally and speedy ,on the day of the replacement the whole job went fast and i was back on the road an hour later one very happy customer, one of the best firms i have ever dealt with
